Good service, slack delivery
Good service, however delivery unable to give an appropriate time of arrival, not even am or pm. I waited in the whole day and delivery wasn't until 6pm. Please, please at least give customers morning or afternoon. Very frustrating.

Hi Carl, we apologise for the poor delivery experience. Whilst we understand the frustration, our deliveries are booked through a separate furniture moving company that manages its own schedule. Only did the online order and pick up same day as it was kings birthday and not enough staff working to help in store to buy it that way so went away and ordered online then came back when ready that day

Friendly service
Ordered my coffee table and was delivered the next day, unfortualely was darker than I imagined from the pic but they were happy to exchange or receive a credit wih no hassles…….
