Exellent service will certainly use this company again

Failed to answer a simple question regarding clearances required around a heater.

I had to replace the Battery I had to wait but when they came delivery was quick

Wonderful range of products, will always now look at them first for any future products

There are no chargers that fit the Mylek compakt drill. Once the charger blows (3rd charge) there's no replacement by the manufacturer
or universal chargers available anywhere and Mylek don't sell them. You will see people sell the units 2nd hand with no chargers because non fit this drill.

As described and good delivery

The courier (DHL) attempted to deliver the parcel yesterday, and left a card with no box ticked and so no hint as to where my parcel was. Quite by chance I found out today that it had been left with a neighbour. It's quite a large parcel and so very inconvenient for the neighbour and very inconvenient to me. The lack of communication suggests that the courier just doesn't care. The item itself was fine!

Sound product, moderate price, quick delivery.

On the face of it, a decent budget heater, but there are a couple of things that let it down.
The instructions are really poor, inaccurate and actually don't contain some important information.
There are no details regarding the temperature calibration procedure and this is very important if you want the heater to work efficiently.
Also the lock function to stop children playing with the controls is useless.
After locking the controls via the app it just takes one press of any button on the heater to unlock this function!
It's just not worth even adding the padlock tab to the app as it renders the heater unsafe in a child's bedroom for instance, this really needs to be fixed.
Otherwise it's an OK heater at an ok price

This is the first mylek water boiler I’ve bought, quality is much better than others…

It’s my experience that no water boiler seems to last very long tbh…

But the customer service side of things, they are wicked…

Boiler started playing up, I contacted them and they sent out a new replacement the very next day…

Nice compact 500 Watt wall heater, ideal for the small cloakroom. Once timer and thermostat programmed it keeps the room at a comfortable temperature. Easy to install.

Works very well as a alternative bathroom heater

Good product. Delivered quickly and very well packed. Product is very efficient and heats up instantly. Very easy to fix to the wall and looks great.

Mylek is a brilliant company and has great communications, prices and delivery, but the timer on this heater is fat to basic for my needs,

I purchased 3 radiators April 2023
One which was 600w the other 900w
The 600w model slim line panel heater
Turns on with the flame symbol but with no heat output . I’ve contacted the manufacturer but I haven’t heard a thing
. Stripped radiator aluminium heating element enclosed appears open circuit
So there is the problem .
