Have purchased this type of fan previously from Mylek so I did know the build quality and the fact that it is a case of just take it out of the box and plug it in. Unfortunately this second fan wasn't quite the same. Although only a minor "build" - I did have to fix in place and screw up the support framework before I could use it. yes - it only took about ten minutes, but wasn't expecting to have to do any "put-together" at all. The previous one was already fully built and packaged.

A great company with fab products at very reasonable prices. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

The heater is very good, effective and easy to use.
However the hanging bracket is very visible from the top and side. A more slimline version would be better
Also while it is possible to set up a schedule based on my specific needs (P3) I feel it is somewhat long winded, having to set every hour and day of the week. To be honest I haven’t done this as it is too long winded.

Brought a door heater for the bathroom.
Easy assembly looks good but doesn’t work. It keeps turning off after 3 or so minutes and blows ambient air.

Tried to email with no response.
but judging by the reviews on their website this is a common problem.
Do not buy this door heater or any other knock off versions from B&Q etc

Helpful and friendly telephone chat regarding a bathroom heater. Quick delivery of the heater so all good. Programming of the heater is a little long winded and I am sure could be simpler for numpties like me!!

DO NOT BUY!! 2nd product failed - that’s two of two failed within 16 months of purchase.

Not heard anything from the company since my first trustpilot review, 2nd heater which I bought at the same time as the first heater has now failed that’s 100% failure rate.

Pleased with service from Mylek as original panel heater received had a dent on the side after opening box.This was expected as both cardboard boxes were punctured on receipt. Following a phone call to Mylek, a replacement was sent out that day and arrived the next day - thankfully undamaged.

I have just installed a Mylek 1Kw ceramic panel heater. I found the wall mounting a bit fiddley but I got there eventually. I have spent a lot of time trying to program the timer, reading the instructions over and over again, and after about ten attempts I think I have sorted it. I was hoping it would switch off completely when it was not required but the best I could do was set it at 1.5C which is almost no electricity at all, I think.

Prompt delivery..well packaged.
Guard very strong and solid, excellent quality.
Simple instructions WITH screws etc supplied.
Have mounted mine each on a piece of wood, so can move them around.

Oil-filled radiator arrived with dents and instructions missing pages. Time, energy and stress spent to organise replacement, which arrived and was even more dented and more damage, so conceded that simply the condition of item you receive is often poor. The radiator has worked fine so far though.

Customer service was good and they dealt with my negative experience fairly.

In my case Wi-Fi set up wasn't that straightforward compared to other smart devices. Also the heater seems to get warm even when the target temperature is well below the room temperature. Switched off not being used at present but I'll try again when it is very cold.

Ordered replacement parts for the panel heater and they arrived the next day. Excellent customer service!

Arrived promptly. Works as specified.
