Great paint
Great paint, used it in every room in our house. Tough and washable. One delivery was a bit disappointing as the sample pots were delayed in the post so haven’t given 5 stars.

Excellent coverage, great range of colours
Having just renovated a whole house I can say that Mylands is my absolute favourite paint brand. Love the marble Matt for walls and eggshell for wood. Excellent coverage, great colours and quick delivery. 10/10. Would highly recommend and, in the highly unlikely event that I ever pick up a paintbrush again, will use again 👍👍👍

Top Class Paint and Service
Probably the best paint I have ever used both in terms of coverage and finish. Impressive colour palette as well. Always prompt and helpful service in person at their showroom and good to support a long-standing SE London business.

V happy with my paint
V happy with my paint. Gives fab coverage, is hard wearing and resilent, can be washed and even scrubbed!
My entire house has now been professionally decorated using Clerkenwell and looks the best it ever has. Highly recommend.

It is really a Pity that there is no…
It is really a Pity that there is no longer a retailer in Germany left. The both offered a real good Service, Support in Many ways and the delivery was very quick! From UK to Germany the delivery takes 10 Days - far too long. I have tried the direct order at Mylands UK two times and I think it takes too long due to Customs clearance etc. And it is more expensive! I love the products but it seems I have to look for alternatives which are sent national in Germany.

I can confirm that it usually takes 3 to 5 working days to have your order delivered delivered in Germany. I do personally take responsibility for shipments to Germany.

Mylands are a class act
Mylands are a class act. Their paints are a delight to work with and have found their customer service to be really excellent. Whenever there has been an issue (very rarely) it has been handled pretty much within an hour. I don't know of any other company who do that.

Quality is quite good but nothing like website
Quality is quite good but shades nothing like advertised. When I contacted them they said you should have ordered the test swatches not tester pots. Also they tried to blame the resolution on my screen. Total BS as it was a different colour not just shade. Avoid and go to a Farrow and ball store instead. Much better to see the testers and better customer service

I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the shade of the paint.
We explained when you contacted us that to check the real finish of the paint, it is always better to do it with our colour cards and sample pots.
The final colour of the paint depends on the light reflected on the substrate when you apply the paint, therefore, it is always different from the colour in a screen where the light comes from the monitor itself.
We offer complimentary colour cards and good value sample pots that you can try on lining paper to check the end result in situ.

Lobster paint
Due to issues with the delivery company the paint took a week to arrive, however is here now. A lovely shade of Lobster 🦞 and am looking forward to painting the inside of my front door as a focal point
