Excellent and responsive customer service
Excellent customer service when I immediately phoned to have an item added to an online order which I had forgotten. The item was able to be included under the same terms and delivery as the original order.
Delivery has always been very reliable and the paint quality,depth of colour and durability outstanding.

First Order of paint
This is the first time of ordering from Mylands and i ordered a fantastic colour Ultra Marine Blue Dead Matt.
This was delivered the next Morning before 10am and a signature was required, the packaging was exceptional locks on the tin and wrapped very well.

I really love their paint because the…
I really love their paint because the quality is excellent. The finish is smooth and even, and the colour looks beautiful once it has dried. It also applies very smoothly, and the brush glides across the surface with ease. Best of all, it has very little of the usual paint smell, so it is a pleasure to use. Their delivery is also well managed, so my order arrived safely this time as well. I will definitely buy from them again.Personally, I would also be happy with 100 ml sample sizes. I would especially love it if, in the future, you offered a set of around ten 10 ml samples in different colours, similar to Rust-Oleum. I would really enjoy trying a wider range of colours.

Still waiting for it. Disappointed, especially since the cost to deliver is nearly as much as the cost of the product.

We're sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived and understand your disappointment.
Your order was placed on Saturday, and it was dispatched from our warehouse on Monday. Orders can take 2 to 3 business days to arrive.
We followed up with the courier and they confirmed that it was due to temporary delays caused by the current weather conditions.
This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we work very hard with our couriers to improve the service they provide with the delivery of our products.
We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make this right.

rooms appear much more elegant with these colours
I already ordered various colours from Mylands and everytime I´m very satisfied with the quality. The colours have a certain "depth". Every room I painted with these colours feels so much more pleasant and elegant.

Quality of sample pots is incredible
Quality of sample pots is incredible. The coverage of the paint is like none I’ve used before. The tin opener, little mixer stick & the brush are a really nice touch. Very quick delivery, nicely presented 10/10

Great service. Prompt delivery of a paint sample. I ordered a bronze metallic sample for a customer and the paint finish is amazing. Will definitely order direct again.

It is the first time I have used…
It is the first time I have used mylands gold paint. I have used gold paint before, but not mylands. Other gold paints have lots of oils to mix with the gold, and doesn't give a smooth finish unless you use two or three coats with mylands not much oil or turps ?. Full of gold only needs one coat. Well done will definitely use again

Ordered two tester pots and am very pleased indeed with both. I will be using the ‘Limehouse’ for my main house paint (instead of Sandersons ‘Soft Ivory’)

Quality tester pots
The tester pots arrived very quickly and were securely packaged - although I was a little surprised that they came in a padded envelope rather than a box. However, each pot was in its own plastic bag and both tins were safely closed with clips. An unexpected bonus was the miniature stirring stick, a good quality little brush, and a rather smart Mylands tin opener.
As for the paint in the tester pots, it was superb quality - rich, smooth and with excellent opacity.

Not impressed with delivery company.
Would have given 5 stars however the courier company let the process down, they delayed delivery, left the package just over the fence by our front gate, then put on their on line delivery note that I had signed for it. I was in all day the delivery person only had to come to the front door. Not impressed with DHL.
