I have attempted to take out a loan…
I have attempted to take out a loan with MY JAR however the website constantly has system errors. I can't add my payment card and have had to apply for a second time in order to see what i am eligible to borrow.
I have emailed about the matter but had no response yet, will change review once this matter is resolved.

CONFUSED!!
So it says on my online account that I'm in arrears but when I spoke to someone on the phone last week they said to ignore it and my payments are upto date....
On the 10.07.20 a payment was supposed to be paid but they haven't taken any money out of my account even though all card details on system are correct! Will I not be on arrears? Tried making a payment online and it wouldn't load. Tried emailing MYJAR twice....NO REPLY! TRIED calling and just keeps saying phone lines are temporally closed? I'm writing on here because it looks like it's the only way I'll get an actual reply from MYJAR!!!

It states on my account that i'm in arrears since october, after a few calls was told the mistake is at your end, but it also states that i will be charged more interest for the delay in repaying, when are you going to solve this problem?

I have been on the phone to various…
I have been on the phone to various members of the team about how much I owe. Initially they told me that the loan was paid off but now they are backtracking and even saying they have calculated the interest incorrectly. I was all set to pay the full amount on the 16th May and now will have to wait until 16th june to make the payment. I surely hope that they have not charged me interest through that period considering I could have paid it all off last month. They told me that they would contact me 2 weeks ago but as of yet received nothing, not even an email. I look forward to your response.

Really bad
Hi. I placed my review regarding Myjar experience. I did complain that they failed update my credit file for 60 days. Now is 90 days. If you are serious about your credit score just taking loan from company like them is lowering your score but even you repay early they not rushing to recover you from the list.

Normally I’d give them at least a 4 but…
Normally I’d give them at least a 4 but the last week they been completely useless. Sending me emails and texts telling me I’m in arrears and I have t contacted them when in fact I’ve made 5 phones calls and provide proof they’ve taken money from account get reassured that il get a call back and surprise surprise no call back so today will be my 6th time calling them on average each calls been 30 mins so after today’s call that be 3 hours of my life I’m not getting back due to an error your end. Now I would t mind but you ve flagged me in arrears which affects my credit rating as well when Im only in arrears due an error your end
Update. Another 50 minutes On the phone issue still not resolved. The only saving grace was the member of staff who is now looking into it for me Now. Also I think that if there a technical issue and you ve been provided with proof of the payment the least you could do is not show the account as in arrears and a missed payment when your investigating it. But thanks for the added stress during theses already stressful times.
Edit I have changed this review to a 5 as despite the above issue it was due to a technical fault and the last person who took my call on Friday actually provided great customer service and has helped resolve the situation.
