Missing loan history
I've had 10 loans in the past over a 3 year period totalling £8400 yet on the website 8 of them have completely disappeared, I've emailed the administrators, shame what's happened cause they were a good company to deal with, any idea where they could have gone?

They are unfit to manage people!. If you don't 'fit' they lie, bully you, cover their own backs and send you packing without so much of a sorry or thank you.
I was one of the best performing employees and because I stuck up for myself as they messed up my money 3 months in a row - management didn't like me!.
So what did they do? Lie, falsify documents, and bullsh**t their way to getting rid of me. Poor knowledge on employee rights, paperwork and contracts. Management who just do whatever they want without any care for their employees!!!.
After appealing my dismissal - the investigation it was full of lies and everyone covered their own arses rather than admitting fault!.
Don't even bother applying for this awful company! Management don't have a clue what they are doing and they have absolutely no people skills whatsoever!
Save yourself time, stressed and mental distress and AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Incompetent Company
This stupid company is incompetent in ensuring settled accounts are updated on customers’ credit files. Consequently, this is continuing to have an adverse effect on thousands of people’s credit scoring. I will be raising the issue with the financial ombudsman and FCA, and would encourage everyone else to do the same! They need shutting down!

I paid in full and settled my account a year ago. In comparison, I closed a credit card three months ago which has been updated. All of these reviews are saying the same; as ‘responsible lenders’, you need to address this!

MYJAR has taken the decision to request Experian, TransUnion and Equifax remove all entries from credit files, this may be a benefit for most of our customers due to your credit file no longer showing any information regarding your loan with MYJAR.
Please note that MYJAR has made this request of the three agencies it reports to, named above, but MYJAR has no control over the time it takes for this request of deletion to be completed by them. Please note we have had confirmation from Experian and TransUnion (formerly CallCredit) that they have completed the deletion of all MYJAR records however we have yet to receive the same from Equifax.
Due to MYJAR entering administration, we are unable to review credit file entries or request updates to credit files, therefore we kindly ask for you to raise a dispute with the credit reference agency you have viewed your credit file with.

Anyone considering working for this…
Anyone considering working for this poor company I would reconsider... recently worked for this company. I have 5 years in customer service and have never had any issues. When I first joined Tieta as a company, I was told 12 hour shifts 4 days a week. They then put me on a 0 hour contact when they were not giving me the full hours which they said they would provide me with. I was also told my tone was too harsh compared to other staff that I worked with . They made me sit for an hour and a half and COMPARED me to another member of staff. I did the “training” with someone which was just someone making me listen to another colleague on the phone without actual training to improve the way they thought I was underperforming. I was then called from my recruiter a week later... to finish my shift then and there and leave,they couldn’t even tell me themselves,pathetic Honestly the worst company I’ve ever worked for in my life. If you want to suck up to rude customers for minimal pay and a days notice then please by all means apply for a job with this company.This company prey’s on young and naive people to sign contracts they can’t fully comprehend and I would advise anybody to properly have their contract PROPERLY reviewed before taking up a role with this company.

AT THE TIME YOU WOULD RING UP TO PAY THE SHORT TERM LOAN AND YOU WOULD READ OUT THE CARD DETAILS AND SECURITY CODE. ITS IRONIC THAT NO ONE ELSE HAD MY NEW DETAILS ONLY THE CALL CENTRE IN ESTONIA. ONE OF YOUR BUSINESS WHICH YOU INFORMED ME WAS CLOSING AND RESETTING BACK UP FOR WHATEVER EVER REASON. IT WAS MY BANKS QUICK EXECUTION OF CARD ATTEMPTS WHICH THEY INFORMED ME VIA TEXT MESSAGE. SOMETIMES, YOU CAN INADVERTENTLY EMPLOY THE WRONG INDIVIDUAL(S). I AM NOT SAYING THAT US THE CASE, BUT LOOK AT THE OPERATION OF YOU BUSINESS WHICH IS NOW COLLAPSING, WHICH IS SAD FOR ANY BUSINESS.
A MESSAGE TO THE FCA , 7 YEARS AGO I HAD A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY, AFTER A FEW LOANS WHICH I PAID BACK, MY BANK ISSUED ME WITH A NEW DEBIT CARD, PRECEDED WITH A TEXT MESSAGE STATING DUE TO FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY A NEW CARD BASICALLY HAS BEEN ISSUED. MY DEBIT CARD HAD MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS FROM A EUROPEAN COUNTRY FOR VARIOUS PROPOSED PURCHASES FROM A COUNTRY CALLED “ESTONIA”.
AT THE TIME, VISA PURCHASES IN EUROPE ONLY REQUIRED “12” DIGITS FROM YOUR DEBIT CARD INSTEAD OF THE FULL “16” DIGITS LIKE IN THIS COUNTRY.
AFTER REPEATED CALLS TO MYJAR, WHO I COULD NOT BELIEVE HAD A “CALL CENTRE IN ESTONIA AT THE TIME BECAUSE I ASKED THE MAN FOR HIS NAME AND WHERE HE WAS BASED, TO MY SHOCK HE SAID THEY WERE BASED IN ESTONIA.
MY BANK BLOCKED ALL VISA ATTEMPTS FROM EUROPE WHICH AFTER A FEW WEEKS STOPPED.
BUT TO THIS DAY I STILL BELIEVE THAT COVERT OPERATORS AT THEIR CALL CENTRE , WHO ALWAYS ASKED FOR YOUR DEBIT CARD DETAILS MUST OF WROTE THEM DOWN AND THEN SUBSEQUENTLY “SOLD” THE INFORMATION TO GANGS.
BECAREFUL ON WHOM YOU SPEAK TO, THEY MAY SPEAK ENGLISH, BUT WHO IS ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE.

I took out a loan in 2016
I took out a loan in 2016. Account was cleared but on checking my credit file it hasn’t been updated and still showing a balance.
I have contacted My Jar twice this week and given all information to which they state there is no such account!!!
All I want is for them to update to show either settled or satisfied, I’m not looking for any money in return.
This is having a detrimental issue on my finances.
At the end of the day you put the loan on my credit file so you need to just update it!!
How hard is it to do???

I need to have my credit file updated
I need to have my credit file updated. I have emailed twice but to no avail.
please can you give an appropriate email or telephone number to contact to resolve this problem. The loan in question is from 2017 but i dont have the reference.
I have seen on previous reviews you ask for the date of birth and name of the person for the review - however I would prefer not to give that out on a public domain. so if you could please email the relevant information on how to resolve this matter.

credit file not updated
Hi I took out a my jar loan in March 2020 and repaid in full in June 2020, my credit reports on equifax has not been updated and still showing a balance. I raised a complaint with my jar in November 2020 which was upheld and informed my credit file had been updated, it has not been.

I have emailed my jar twice about…
I have emailed my jar twice about updating my details as on my credit report shows I still owe 900 pound.
Although they have never updated it since March 2015.
I took them to obusman and got a reduced amount off 500 which reduced it to me owing 400 which I then paid off so
I'm not after a refund of apology just my credit record being updated after all this time still says 900 even after they took 500 off still shows 900 even though its now clear..cant even log into sight and keep getting generic response. Just please update my file 2015 is almost 6 years ago in march

Awful
I have been in a payment plan with them since being. made redundant. Which is 24.30 pcm. On the 24th dec they stole another 120 from my account, totally unauthorised and left with with no money for 3 weeks. They had promised to refund it and i still havent received it. They tried to take more money out on the 31st dec which was declined as they had already taken all my money.
No response from either myjar or the administrator.
They have left me with with nothing. Starving and destitute.
It is disgusting behaviour.

Lying toad rags to it polite. Was due a redress then conviently received email on the same day that the payment was being made saying it wont be paid due to issues in their finance department. Many exhausted emails and calls made each time excuses after excuses. They well knew they were going down but pretended and lied blaming always with issues on their finance team. Lying scumbag and thought it be nice to send us an update saying they are in administration. Nice one Myjar for being transparent and a bunch of lying scumbags. The best thing that has come out of this is knowing your company is going under and as for the lying staff i hope one day when you hope to receive that payment from being unemployed that it be long for when you receive it

Paul Boyle, David Clements and Tony Murphy of Harrisons Business Recovery & Insolvency (London) Limited were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company. They are licensed to act as Insolvency Practitioners by the ICAEW. They are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics when carrying out all professional work relating to an insolvency appointment.
Regretfully, in view of the Administration, the Company is unable to pay any redress due as per our findings above. Any redress previously agreed by the Company will be investigated by the Administrators and may be an unsecured claim in the Administration. At present the prospect, timing and quantum of any redress and payment is unknown and unlikely to be known for some time.
Please do note, however, that any payment is highly likely to be smaller than the accepted claim amount. This is because the total value of all accepted claims may exceed the money available to be shared out. The money available to be shared out will not be known until all of the Company’s assets have been sold or realised and certain costs and deductions have been taken into account.

Lying and Deceitful Company
As with everyone else a redress promised, payment didn't arrive on specified date, excuse after excuse about problem in financial department, and now, surprise, surprise, they have gone into administration, money lost, you shambles of a company, you knew you were going under, you have successfully damaged peoples credit files and pocketed all you owe, i am glad you sank as your service and bare face lies are a disgrace. There is a lot of people out of pocket because of you lack of honesty.
