I've seen a number of doctors at this practice and a dentist over the past year. All my interactions and treatments have been more than acceptable, so I am surprised to read negative reviews. My most recent visit on Friday was again excellent. The doctor listened carefully to my problem and suggested a course of action which has quickly resolved matters.

Completely baffled by this place
Completely baffled by this place. I went for a £25 dental checkup and was told I need 12 fillings after never having needed 1. Got a second opinion somewhere else rated 5* (NHS), and was told I don't need any. They also gave me more practical advice for maintaining my teeth and brushing well.
Being in the healthcare field myself, I understand some clinical analyses are proactive/preventative, others are reactive and only treat when problems are further along. However, to scare someone - who is clearly at your practice because it's low-cost - with a £2000 treatment plan, when none of it is necessary, is just ridiculous and unethical.
Maybe I deserved this for going very low-cost. But I really did not think dentistry this swindling was legal.
Receptionist/service was nice, but generally speaking this place is just not operating under good clinical practice.

Our dentist thoroughly examined your teeth and explained the reasoning behind recommending fillings. We appreciate that clinical opinions can vary, and understand that different dentists may have different thresholds or approaches when it comes to treating the early stages of tooth decay.
At our clinic, we aim to provide patient-centred care by offering detailed assessments and treatment plans, including an explanation of which treatments are urgent and which are not. In your case, our dentist discussed all findings with you and clearly outlined your options, so that you could make an informed decision.
It’s important to distinguish between a clinical recommendation to monitor or treat early decay and the complete absence of decay.
Being advised that no treatment is needed at this time is a clinical judgement, but does not change the diagnosis that decay is present.
We kindly ask that you consider amending your review to reflect that you were informed of areas of decay and provided with the choice whether or not to proceed with treatment.

I had a video consultation with Dr Paula Falconer after taking a series of Randox tests. The written output from Randox left me concerned and with more questions than answers but Dr Paula was fantastic at dissecting the data, pointing out relevant information and offering practical advice to take action against these items.
I couldn't have been more impressed with her knowledge, ability to use 'layman's' speak to help decipher the information and the support she offered!

Very thorough, lovely consultation with Dr Paula Falconer at my healthcare clinic. I recently had my consultation with Dr Falconer who was very diligent and took time to explain each and every one of my results. Taking time to answer all my questions whilst providing a high-quality patient centred approach and advice. I was provided with a copy of our consultation to discuss with my own GP which will be very helpful, something which I wasn't offered at my last review so thank you. It was a pleasure to speak with Dr Falconer, she put me at ease from the second I answered the phone, very professional and educational at the same time. Would definitely recommend.

I attended free implant consultation.
I was told that I would be suitable for an implant. I was told that there was a very small chance of an implant failure . I was told that if that was the case I would be entitled to a refund.
After two one hour appointments of unpleasant surgery, I found out that the implant had failed.
When I requested a refund it was pointed out to me that in the fourteen pages of t&Cs that I had signed it stated that I would only get a partial refund.
I am now out of pocket to the sum of
£1350.
I still have a missing tooth.
If the this charge was highlighted to me at the consultation I would not have gone ahead with the surgery.

As outlined in the consent form you signed, a full refund is not possible, but a partial refund is offered for the portion of the treatment that was not completed, which typically relates to the final crown placement. These terms were provided in writing before proceeding, and we encourage all patients to ask questions to ensure they feel fully informed before making a decision.
We regret that you were not satisfied with this aspect of the process, and we genuinely appreciate your feedback. If you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’d be happy to talk through any remaining concerns.

Exasperation, frustration and not value for money
Further to this review, I have been contacted by MyHealthCare Clinic, who have apologised for the experience and have offered a refund. I am satisfied with this prompt response to my issues and resolution.
I was scheduled to have a video consultation at 16.20; I left work early to accommodate this. Unfortunately, due to one reason or another, the video link did not work. I was kept waiting for 20 mins, and eventually made contact with the doctor at 17.00. This delay is unacceptable to me and I could have taken a phone call at work. After about 10 mins, the phone call was mutually ended. This was not worth the £59 I paid but more than this, I wanted private health to avoid to this exasperation and frustration.
