Dr Serfeim is a great dentist
Dr Serfeim is great dentist. I’m a bit nervous when I go to the dentist but he talks me professionally through my treatment in a way that relaxes me. I highly recommend him.
Disappointed as no value added by having the consultation
My appointment was booked as a follow-on from a Randox Health everywoman healthcheck, following the results of the bloodtests which I had received 2 weeks before the appointment.
I was very disappointed with the appointment.
I had made the appointment with a named doctor, but when the meeting started (late) it was with different doctor. I didn’t have any particular reason to select one doctor over another in the practice as I don't know anything about them, so it didn’t really matter that there was a change of doctor, but I was not informed prior to the call and not given a choice (in case I did have a reason).
The doctor started the call late and the call ended early.
When I made the appointment, I was asked if there was anything I wanted to discuss and I wrote a few sentences, but my questions had not been reviewed prior to the call. When I pointed it out to her, she read it outloud, but then proceeded to just read aloud the rest of my results.
This was a complete waste of time as I know how to read and had already read through the report.
She did not have any perceptive comments or questions regarding any of the results or my health history or put any of the results in context.
The one follow-up recommendation she had was following up on a result that I had to point out to her as she had skipped over it.
It was a complete waste of time and money.

Dr Falconer
My family and I have been members of MyHealthcare for many years. Since moving to West London, I have been attending the Chiswick branch and seeing Dr Paula Falconer.
Fristly, as a member, I was able to book a next-day, face-to-face GP appointment online with complete ease (something that isn’t possible through the NHS). With past experience as well, I am always very impressed and appreciative of the level of access to GP's that MyHealthcare provides.
I have seen Dr Falconer twice in the past 12 months for two separate health issues, and on both occasions I have been very pleased. She takes the time to listen carefully and ask lots of questions. Both of her diagnoses have been spot on. I am also quite prone to health anxiety. Particularly yesterday, Dr Falconer's calm, reassuring manner has really helped to ease that anxiety. I’m very grateful for that.
I would also like to thank the receptionist who was working at the Chiswick branch yesterday (17/04) for being very welcoming and professional.

Exceptional dental care with Dr Serafeim
My dental treatment and care at my healthcare clinic with Dr Serafeim Petousis have been exceptional. Every visit is thorough and informative, and I always feel genuinely welcomed and at ease. A caring professional service good for a nervous patient
I was absolutely dreading having eight fillings redone but Dr Serafeim and his colleague Farinaz were brilliant. The process was clearly explained and it was made clear that I could as to stop at any point. I barely felt a thing, the worst bit being having to have my mouth open for such a long time. I would highly recommend my Health Care.

This is a SCAM, pls try to stay clear of this. I left my prescription medicine back home (silly, i know). I called the reception of My healthcareclinic and they confirmed they can connect me to a doctor who could issue a UK compliant prescription. I paid 75 pund...and then it went downhill, the doctor was 10 min late to a 15 min appointment! He said he would email a prescription to y email as soon as we finished that call, that never happened. I then spent 2 hours on calls (listening to infuriating music) and no one answered. ZERO response. Just go elsewhere

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Serafeim and his assistant Sukhmeen. I was quite reluctant to visit a dentist at first,because of the cost and uncertainty —but I’m so glad I went. From the moment I walked in, Dr Serafeim and his assistant Sukhmeen, were both kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Serafeim is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. His assistant was just as fantastic.
Most importantly, the results were excellent—I’m really happy with the outcome, which made the whole experience even more worthwhile.I’m very grateful for their care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional dental team.

I had a very positive experience with My Health care clinic
I had a very positive experience with Dr Stefano for my implant and sinus lift procedure. He is an excellent surgeon who made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process.
The procedure was much easier than I expected, with very little discomfort. I was even able to return to work the same day and didn’t need to take any painkillers.
I’m extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend Dr Stefano for his professionalism, skill, and care.

The GP Dr Paula Falcanor was excellent in the advise given in the consultation. It was clear and her explanation gave clarity to the concerns I had. Her recommendations were provided by email quickly and greatly helped me progress my health issue.

Couldn't recommend more!
I was very fortunate enough to have Dr Serafeim as my dental practitioner throughout my Invisalign treatment. I was very well looked after from start-finish-aftercare and couldn't be more pleased with my results. A gentleman who really does care for his patients and their results!

Very poor experience at this clinic’s…
I would not recommend this clinic. I paid over £20,000 for dental treatment at their Fulham and Wimpole Street (London W1) clinics after being advised I needed fewer implants than quoted elsewhere. Shortly after completion, the implants repeatedly and very painfully fell out despite multiple return visits and refitting.
I am now in an ongoing legal dispute and the dental issues remain unresolved. I also later discovered I had been charged £25 per month for a membership for nearly two years after I stopped using the clinic. A refund was promised but has not yet been received. Extremely distressing experience and a complete loss of trust.
