Not only that, i had to be the one always sending an email for an update. The point is your customet service was very poor.

Received a nice discount on product
Received a nice discount on product. Delivery was quick. Great product. Once again, I have problems taking Vit C and Quercetin but the combination of suppliments in this product works much better for me. I take it when I first start feeling bad, and usually 1 to 3 days is all I need.

It takes WAY too long to receive an order as in weeks. I order supplements from another online doctor and receive them almost as fast as an Amazon order. Also, the pop ups when trying to order are aggravating.

I am happy with the quick response when I have a question or concern. They are wonderful at respecting what you want for your health and the concerns about medications etc and are very helpful and knowledgeable. the supplements are clean and potent and one of the few I really trust.

Never received order!
Never received my order -- it ended back at their warehouse when USPS would not deliver to me because the company left off my apartment number. Really horrible Customer Service. Both response time and actual emails were very bad. After over 3 weeks and my 9 inquires re: where's my product?, had to threaten credit card mediation to get credit for product I never received.

Impossible to update delivery address
The product itself is very good, but it is impossible to change the delivery address - I tried 4 (!) times after I moved, both on the website and via contacting customer service, and every single time, the order was delivered to my old address. Finally had to cancel my subscription, and customer service did not even get back to me when I let them know. It's a shame the won't fix their website.
