I was having trouble finding what I wanted on the website and then a customer service representative jumped online and brought me to the proper page. He took care of the order for me. Amazing and caring service is exactly what you get from mygotostack!

Their supplements are free of any useless or toxic fillers and they source the purest ingredients and have the slimmest of profit margins of any supplement companies because they actually care about the well being of their customers. I have followed the work of Dr/ Haider for years and he is gentle and kind and a man interested in true healing and has an open mind and not blinded by western medicine's insane push for profit

they sent my order out apparently, and part arrived in a few days. the larger part never arrived. I had to call support to get it reordered, which took two weeks. finally arrived a month late.

First off, great focused products, obviously fresh off the manufacturing floor. Second, still some shipment glitches, with occasional shipping label notices with no actual shipments out the door - but honest follow-up to correct the error and generous coupons to show empathy. Third, continuous development of new products, and updates to existing products. Couldn't ask for much more, a growing company with serious customer focus.

I have been taking immunity vitamins for over 6 years. I was disappointed when I ran out of them because the shipment was on back order. Dr Haider’s staff issued a big apology and offered me a large discount on future orders. I have been healthy since I’ve been using the Immunity stack and I will continue.

Great company, great products and service

It was the 2nd time that my order showed that it was received but then weeks went by with no delivery or email letting me know why it wasn't being delivered. It took me contacting your customer service to get the order delivered in 6 weeks. You must not think your product is any good since people have to go without it. I will not be ordering products from mygotostack anymore.

Just received 9 bottles of Immunity with a mfg date of 12/2024 which will no longer be viable by December of this year. I won't even have used the nine bottles up by December.
I have complained about their dates so many times and they do not respond positively. After about 3 email exchanges of very defensive excuses, they said to return the nine bottles and they would send 9 more with a newer date. So all the effort and cost to return these nearly outdated bottles falls to me. I am nearly 83 years old and expect when I order supplements, they will have fresh dates. I don't need extra work and expenses and trips to UPS to return outdated products. I think this company has low integrity and I don't trust them. And their customer service is seriously lacking.

I have used a lot of these products since they first became available and I LOVE everything I’ve tried. The latest one i tried is the Iodine Plus Thyroid Stack. This seems so much better than what i used to take. I feel very pleased with all of the mygotostack products because they contain only the things i need and none of things i don’t need or want.

I have a genetic autoimmune considition and I appreciate this product so that I don’t have to take so many pills. It is also consistent which is critical for my condition and I often have problems with changes made to products without alerting me to changes. This company has not done that so I am protected.

I always recieve my order in a timely manner. Feel confident in the product I order.

I canceled my reoccurring order and on the very same day they placed that order! Not shipped, but placed it. A week later my order was shipped. I called and they claimed it was too late. Even though it was “placed” the same day it was cancelled. Horrible customer service. Will never order from them again.

It tasted yuck and I couldn't tell any benefits because it was hard to be consistent due to the taste.
