The call I received was prompt. It was not the best reception but the vet was patient and thorough. I thought I was going to receive an email for some different ear cleaner but I may have Mis understood that due to the bad communication. I would use this service again as a visit to the vets can be a bit stressful for my dog.

Clear connection and very good service.
Couple of issues trying to connect to the meeting via mobile phone but worked fine when on laptop.
Quick and easy to get an appointment and a great tool to use for concerns, especially in current circumstances!
Would definitely recommend.

Was very helpful and clear on her instructions regarding the situation. I really advice the pet owners to contact this site if in doubt of what to do regarding your animal health, especially now when is hard to live the house to go to our regular vet.

Very pleased with the advice given. Reassured me as I was worrying about my dogs poor ear. Have given me links to products to help with the ear. Thank you so much for your help and support.

The vet I spoke with was charming.
The only reason I used vets online was so I could get medication prescribed for an ear infection - but this online vet is UNABLE TO PRESCRIBE MEDICATION unless they already know the pet or see them in 'person'. This should be made clear immediately on your online landing page - not buried in the FAQs.

Fabulous, a comfortable interview in terms of being able to manage expectations and arrive at prognosis. The use of video face to face allowed for timely, pertinent and succinct evaluation.

This helped manage some mild anxiety and give some reassurance. The report that followed was an accurate reflection of discussion with a summary of potential next steps. The cost involved against service delivery was excellent value.

I had an online consult with Emma this evening and I found it very helpful talking to her. We now have more information to speak to our vets so hopefully we can get to the bottom of our dogs tummy issues soon. Thanks Emma!

Would highly recommend this service. Easy to use, and easy to speak with the vet through my mobile phone. It was great that the vet was able to see my pet in a relaxed state in their home environment.

I found this very good as a first step to see if I should be concerned about my hamster's health. Using forums and pictures online can be very confusing and I could ask questions as I went. Vet was lovely and although the connection dropped out a couple of times, we managed to agree on a plan of action. Would highly recommend if unsure about something before going to a vet so you can have an idea of what to expect. Also the fee is refunded if I use a local vet very close by. Excellent, thanks!

I used Online Vets yesterday and will definitely do so again! I did not have to time to get my cat to the vet, so being able to do it from my sofa was a huge bonus. The vet completely put my mind at ease, and I did not have to waste a visit to the surgery, or cause unnecessary stress for my cat. Thank you so much!
