Quick delivery and good customer service
All my orders arrive quickly with updates. I use them all the time and they regularly have great offers on. Had a problem with a food bag one time which arrived damaged (during transport), they replied very quickly to my email offering to send a replacement. Got it the next day. Never had any issues before or after that. Was very pleased with their customer service, polite and quick that's all I want!
Great and reliable service

Order was received the next day which is quicker than stated on their website and had constant updates from the courier with no issues with delivery. The shop had a great food selection for my cat - would recommend and use again. Thank you

Very expensive and poor customer service
I ordered a pack of Purina dog food, thinking it was 7 kg due to the price. Exactly 2 minutes after placing the order, I realised it was only a 3kg. I called the customer service and the person reassured me she would pass my cancellation. I called again a few hours after due of not receiving any cancellation email. The same lady answered and she reassured me I would receive a reply by the end of the day..the cancellation never came but a DPD email arrived instead, stating they were waiting for my parcel. The 3kg price is almost twice as other website and I did tell the person I spoke to that I had found it much cheaper!
I feel like I was humoured as there was never the honest intention of refunding me. I would not use this site again.
1 star is way too high
1 star is way too high. I had used the practice for over 20 years and had always been more than happy with the service. Unfortunately they were bought out by this appalling unprofessional and uncaring company who refused to listen to my serious concerns about my wonderful dog's condition. I visited them twice as I was so concerned, the diagnosis given was incorrect and it was implied that I was over reacting. I made an appointment with a different practice (private) who immediately referred him for further investigation. Unfortunately, this came too late as he had developed pancreatic cancer which had rapidly spread. We had no option other than to pts. The situation was so traumatic and distressing and also avoidable. Absolutely disgusted with this company who in my opinion should not be in business at all.
Shocking
Shocking - my vets have sold their soul to these people and gone from a caring family run vets to an appalling only interested in money vets - needless to say my dogs have been moved after years to another vets that do care about the animals
Unsympathetic customer service
I placed a bulk order a day before my dog died and I had to pay to return the parcels, with no offer to cover this for me despite the circumstances. Incredibly unsympathetic customer service
Extortionate. Food £40 more than elsewhere.
We can get a 14kg bag of our dogs hypoallergenic food at Pets at Home for £85. The exact same bag at My Family Vets is £125!!! and even with a Pet Health Club discount it's still £9 more than Pets at Home, at £94. Insane. Just crazy. The Health Club discount is just absolutely useless at this shop because everything is marked up a shocking amount.
Can't even deliver 2 items
Bought 2 items online, and didn't even manage to send both of them. Phoned at 4pm on Saturday, but no customer services at the weekend.... really disappointing when you have ordered something for an ill pet and they can't even deliver it. Won't use again.

Moja Kuki sada juri svaki dan do ulaza tražeći dr Marka, našeg anđela spasioca. Kuki sada vidi. Ovaj doktor ne vidi psa kao zaradu, već prvo kao pacijenta kojem treba pomoci, a kao posledica svega dobro urađenog, normalno je da treba platiti. KO VOLI SVOG LJUBIMCA KAO CLANA PORODICE, OBRATICE SE DR MARKU I VET.STANICI FAMYLLI VET. SVAKA CAST!!!!!
Dishonest, bad communication and uncaring
They don't deliver outside of UK which is fair enough. Problem is they don't tell you this and let you order from them, take your money, but then the items you ordered never turn up, you contact to see if there is a delay, then they tell you we don't deliver outside UK weeks after and return less money then what you paid. No comeback and no communication other then it is what it is. Shouldn't accept your order in the first place and also should return exactly the amount you paid for an order they weee never going to fulfill. 1 star is not a true reflection but there is no option for zero star.
Very poor service!
Since My Family Vets took over our local vets (New Forest Vets), the service has become terrible. All of the good vets have left, the phone is rarely answered without sitting on the phone for 20 minutes and the new vets are all fresh out of Vet school with no experience.
First time order online
Ordered my dogs prescription food online. I was unsure as I had never heard of this website and it’s been hard to find my dogs food in wet anywhere.
Placed order, great price and arrived in a couple of days. 100% will use again when we need to restock his food.
Disappointing price rises
Used the online shop. Products were well priced but just wanted to express some disappointment around how sharply the price of the product I regularly ordered has risen over recent months from c.£34 to c.£44
Emailed the team to say that it is available for £29 elsewhere and that I would take my monthly order of over £100 elsewhere but the failed to offer any incentive to continue shopping with them.
Wish I had known about this sooner!
I just had my online consult with a vet called Rebekah. I live abroad and wanted a 2nd opinion from a UK vet. I can't recommend this service highly enough. The vet was very professional, knowledgeable, sincerely interested in the health of my dog, and went into detail explaining everything so I could understand what could be the problem with my dog. She has recommended some tests for my dog which I can get done here where I live. Very happy with the service, and would definitely recommend. Thank you so much Rebekah.
