Amazing customer service, fantastic products, great advice and next day delivery. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my skincare products.

All the consultants are so lovely and helped with any enquiries I had. My skin had a sudden change due to lifestyle so I asked for some advice - I heard back from the consultants via email within 48 hours and they helped tailor my routine. It’s was super easy to order/replenish the products with next day delivery! Will definitely be ordering again and thank you for the amazing service.

Today I booked a video call with Paula Coombs at 11am which I never received, I then booked another one for later the same day, to see if I would have better luck, but I did not receive that call either. I thought lets try some where in the UK, because previously I have used Spruce Micro in America, yes they do get results, but I just wanted to try a company in the UK, but I don’t think Face Dr want my business, so I will look elsewhere. I even tried calling them by Whats app, and messaging them on whats app too, I did not even get a reply.

I got in touch with Julia at Face Dr to help me find a solution to ease my painful acne. Julia put me on a skincare regime to try for 16 weeks. After 16 weeks, my acne has disappeared, my scarring is much less visible and I feel so much more confident in myself. I cannot recommend Face Dr enough 💕

Contacted myfacedr and spoke with Beth about my skincare regimen. Need a boost to even out my skin tone and as I don’t have much time I needed skincare that would be quick and simple but effective and Beth helped me no end. Would definitely recommend

I had to ask for a bit of advice before buying, I'm brand new to skincare, but since hitting the big 40 thought I'd treat myself and start getting a good skincare regime. What a great help the team were. Would absolutely recommend x

When i first contacted Face Dr I got a quick response from them; we had a phone chat for about 7 minutes where we discussed my daily face care routine.
Before placing an order they kindly advised me on the expiration date of the products I was going to purchase.
Later on I emailed them (3 times with attached photos of my face) and sent a message on whatsapp regarding purchasing another product that i was not able to buy and they never replied. I guess this product is not sold for everyone but at least they could have explained it instead of ignoring me.
