I got a consulting session by Stephanie G. It was an amazing session!! I really benefited from it and she helped alot choose the products im going to use and she fixed my daily skin routine. After using the same products for a number of years, I wanted to get some advice on some new products. Skin Pharmacy provided me with a really informative telephone consultation. Paloma was fab! She listened to what I wanted to achieve and recommended some new products and provided me with a skin care daily plan. I love skin pharmacy and highly recommend.

Quick response and great customer service. Flexible and helpful

I placed an order with paid next-day delivery. For two days, the seller repeatedly claimed that the parcel had not been collected by the courier, which was clearly untrue. On the third day, I received a notification stating that the item had been dispatched with a different courier, only to then receive a refund the following day, with the order cancelled by the seller.

This is an entirely dishonest retailer — they mislead customers about dispatch and show a complete disregard for people’s time. I would strongly advise others not to purchase from this seller if you wish to avoid unnecessary inconvenience and the need to source the item elsewhere.

Absolutely disgraceful service, SkinPharmacy.

Where to begin… Trying a new website can sometimes feel like a gamble — not every first experience is a good one. I placed my order and it arrived within a few days, but I’d accidentally selected the wrong cleanser. Completely my mistake, not theirs.

I got in touch unsure whether an exchange would even be possible, given the error was mine. From the first message, they made everything straightforward and stress-free. Clear communication, regular updates, and my replacement was issued promptly.

I have been using skin pharmacy for a few years and have never had any issues, there customer service is amazing and my goods are always delivered within 1-2, I would highly recommended Skin pharmacy.

I placed an order with Skin Pharmacy on 11th October and paid for Royal Mail Tracked 24. I was told on the phone that orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day, as they operate 7 days a week — that was false.

Customer service later claimed and lied that my parcel was sent on Monday, 13th October, yet Royal Mail’s tracking shows it was only registered electronically on Tuesday, 14th October, meaning it was never actually handed to Royal Mail at that time.

After sending screenshots proving this, I was ignored completely. I paid for a premium service but received delays, inaccurate information, lies and poor communication.

A very disappointing and misleading experience — I won’t be ordering from Skin Pharmacy/liers again.

Skin Pharmacy provides an excellent service. Receive the products without any delay and always advise on how to use products and which ones are of benefit to my skin. An amazing company and always offering excellent rewards. Would not hesitate in recommending them.
