Benefit Request Form Submission
I was working on submitting a Benefit Request form. The best and most helpful experience that I had this time was working with one individual throughout the entire process. In the past I would receive responses from various support assistants. This time, working with Jamie, was much more efficient and effective. I knew I could count on him to know the situation and help me to find a solution that would work under my circumstances. Jamie was dedicated to getting this request completed and did so much work to get it accomplished successfully - THANK YOU, Jamie!!!
It wasn't easy to figure out how to start the process of a withdrawal. Is there a guide on how this works on the website? Also, the form was confusing. I thought I entered information that the form was requesting but, through the process, I found out that the information I provided actually caused more confusion and delayed the withdrawal process.

Fast and professional
My SIPP transfer was handled professionally and was surprisingly fast given that the team were dealing with a slow and bureaucratic legacy provider. Customer service called me promptly when I needed clarification of process and required forms and e-mails were always answered within less than 2 hours. My Pension Commencement Lump Sum withdrawal was also completed smoothly within 3 working days. I can recommend MyExpatSIPP unreservedly.

Perfect SIPP for UK immigrants in Netherlands
I am a British immigrant who has been living in Netherlands for over 20 years. Recently I discovered that I had a large sum sitting in private pensions in UK and was looking for best way to invest this sum in a SIPP. Most large pension providers would not register me as I did not have UK address or bank account. I came across MyExpatSIPP via a Google search and made initial enquiries. My ExpatSipp offer a SIPP perfect for people in my situation. They are extremely professional in all dealings I have had. Quick and easy withdrawal
I needed to facilitate a small withdrawal to change my tax code. After discovering there was a newer website to do this it was simple. Jamie Turner was particularly helpful.
