I was kept informed throughout the process and in general it was very smooth and quick, compared to other property purchases I've been involved in

I contacted them to arrange a meeting. A young man reached out for a 10-15 call and reassured me they'd be able to assist me with investing a good amount of money.

We scheduled another call with the people who would actually manage my money, but they canceled short notice (15 minutes before) and when I emailed to reschedule, they never replied.

I'm a UK citizen but I don't live in the UK. I imagine the first guy didn't realise the AML fears around the country I live in (Cambodia) and when they finally realised, they canceled the meeting and never replied to me about rescheduling.

Incredibly unprofessional and a big waste of my time. Also, ugh, using someone's first name over and over is the most transparent sales trick. Stop it.

Invested £114,000 in 2021, now worth £109,000, fees are more than growth.

Seems I am tied in for 10 years, 40 quarters, with a penalty to leave early.

I accept investments go up and down but the sales pitch was my I was in a poorly performing group of investents and they could do better.

The most appalling customer service experience. Poor returns on my investments, communication is almost non existent and when we do communicate they don't listen or action my requests. I have zero trust in them given their total lack of care and so am walking away before they do more damage.

A thoughtful introduction to this investment, Sam and Liam gave all the facts and details prior and during the deposit process. I look forward to getting to the completion date to so I can watch my investment and value to my portfolio grow and what should be better than market trends.
