Really happy with my purchase. The guy I spoke to beforehand was very helpful in advising which material to go for, and the delivery man was lovely too. The bed looks great and my son is absolutely thrilled with it. Excellent value for money and very quick delivery — I’d definitely recommend and would buy from them again.
The only small improvement I’d suggest would be to give customers a more specific time window on delivery day. I had to take the whole day off work for a 6am–7pm slot, which is tricky around school runs. I did text to ask for a rough ETA but didn’t get a response, which meant I could have planned the day better if I’d known morning or afternoon. A quick call or text with an ETA would make things much easier, especially as the delivery itself was really quick and efficient.

Really helpful and reassuring

Very Happy with our Bed. We ordered an Ottoman Leo Double Bed. From ordering to delivery the service was First Class and delivered within 7 days. The quality of the bases is superb as is the headboard and mattress. The bases are heavy, so unless you are fit and strong I would recommend paying for delivery to a room of choice unless you live in a Bungalow. One draw back is the bag of fittings are in one of the bases, and the advice given is not to remove base lift retain straps until mattress is in place, (the gas struts are very powerful) which is impossible because you need to fit the glide feet before assembling the bases to each other. Bag of fittings should be handed over separately. Other than that every thing is straight forward apart from the headboard which is a bit fiddley to accommodate the thickness of the mattress. Excellent company to deal with, a quality product @ a very competitive price.

Bed ok but delivery was awful. First was told they had already delivered it and the took ages to get a delivery day.

Also, charged £40 just for them to take it upstairs which took 5 minutes. Think this is a bit steep.

Lowered to 1 star from 3 as the shop started emailing me about this review, blaming things on me and telling me this review is unfair. Very unprofessional!

I ordered a headboard which I was not satisfied with, but the the company could not have been more helpful, they changed the headboard to a different one of my choice and delivered the new one within days. Excellent customer service

The beds are great quality. Really quick turnaround. However the driver was a little rude.
That doesn't affect the quality of the product though. They are fab!

The best customer service. Deliver drivers quick and helpful. Bed god quality and easy to put together. Had a slight issue with the headboard but contacted customer service who rectified this straight away. Will be ordering from again.

My bed arrived wrapped in good packaging and is a good well built bed and headboard. Just had to fit the 3 piece together and no tools needed.

I am loving my base bed and headboard, the quality is top notch, though the company need to train their delivery guys what is customer services, the guy who delivered my bed wasn't so friendly, and seem to be in a rush , had to fire shots with him as he wanted to just leave the bed without him putting it in the desired room and assemble it whilst I had paid for the service

So happy with the bed it is stunning and exactly what I wanted and came all assembled just had to put headboard together and a man from the company helped me out a lot. Very happy with my purchase highly reccommend !
