No puedo decir si me gustó o no, ya que no hice uso de nada sobre la menbresia. Pero si puedo decir que me ayudaron de forma más o menos inmediata para poder anular mi suscripción.

Imani me ayudó a cancelar una suscripción que yo no había solicitado. Fue claro en los pasos a seguir.

However I am impressed that I did and also that Claire has reached out to explain the process as well as going further to assist in a refund.

Diamond told me that he was solving my problem, the operator was responsive, if he solved my problem I want to unsubscribe from this site and that in the future they did not withdraw money from my account, then I will be grateful to him

Requested a refund same day the subscription fee was deducted from my account. I reached out to their customer service and confirmed that it was really deducted and that they will process for a refund of that. I waited 12 days and to my surprised they told me that it was got cancelled before it was settled. So, now they are telling me that I could not get the refund because it was not deducted. Literally a scam.
