Worst service and most important they fool you by showing free kilometers while booking online and intentionally confuse customers. In this package the fuel cost will also be need to burn from customer's pocket only. Means they provide only cars on rent with NO FUEL and ZERO FREE KILOMETERS . So BEWARE of MY CHOIZE .

I would give less than One If available. After booking the self drive car here. these people asked for DL and Aadhar. I shared the same and they dint confirm the booking for 3 days. After contacting them by my self they say DL is not clear. they should have told the same on booking day itself. Our trip was upset for this reason and could not find other cars. Our booking for this reason is not confirmed but When we tried cancelling the car, they charged us with 400+ bugs saying the transaction charges.

Call Customer service people are horrible and they dont speak polite.

My choize is really giving very nice service with the best serive which is giving unlimited kilometers with no hidden charges

It took half an hour to handover a car , he clicked photo of car including my family . Driver tcome to handover car told me to hire car from zoomcar as mychoize has lot of hassles.
Then while dropping car at pune airport ...Cheat/ thugs at Kirkee contentment area ... there is no barrier , no sign board... they let u pass knowing that outstation person driving car not aware of location where 30 INR receipt / to be paid... later they follow on bike and asked me to pay 220 INR fine ( my choize should intimate all customer who hire car in pune ) ... this is not question of money but why one should get robbed like this..

It was a nice experience with them. I used their service somewhere in Jan 2019 and found to be good. Very good staff who came to deliver the car to my hotel and while returning as well the staff was very flexible location wise.

I used MyChoize extensively on my stay in Mumbai. Returning back from Mumbai to Indore I was happy to know that they have services here. However, while trying to book, I'd always get an error 'Oops!' on searching for the same. For some reason, the platform just doens't work here in Indore.

Very very bad experience..my trip is for 4 days to manali from delhi..!! And these guys have handed me car with single light, punchered stepney and engine light on..they know i was going to travel so long with hill roads but still provided this car..and at last moment they said we have only this car so you as a customer have no option so have to take the car as you have short of time..i will never recommend this service..I believe management seriously look into these issues..very disappointed from MyChoize..!!

For me personally, using my choize self-drive was very convenient. I booked a 5-seater for a trip from Delhi to Mcleod ganj, got the car on time and I have to say i’m utterly satisfied with their service. Really found it cheap and hassle free. But I have one suggestion for everyone reading this, go ahead and opt for the unlimited kilometres options because its comparatively more feasible. Overall it was a great experience, highly recommended.

Pathetic experience with MyChoize.We booked our car from Greater Noida for our 5 day holiday and their person told us that he has handed us the car after complete servicing.Further,after 2 days,the car stopped in the middle of our hilly way.It was a dark evening, around 7.30.We tried to restart it but the car did not.After sometimes,black fumes started raising from the bonnet.We called the customer care but no positive response was given.Also,the customer executives are very rude and they are only concerned about their cars and not the customers (Because of which there business is running).The executive only said that you drop our car to Mohali(which was 400km from our point) irrespective of whatever means and ways you choose.He was only concerned with his car and was not at all concerned about us(as we asked him to either send us an alternate car or give us some other option so that we can reach some safe place). Afterwards,we came to know that the car was very old and he handed the keys to us without even servicing.Will highly suggest not to take MyChoize as an option.Worst experience with them.

I stuck on highway bcuz there vechile is not getting start and as per company it was brand new vichle.

Dear all, The services is really very nice as compared to other provider, i had given 6000 as deposit, there was not a single rupee deduction and i got the refund only after 7 days of returning the car on same condition taken before, the deduction will be there only if you damage. employee ( GARIMA, SHIVANI, PARVEJ ) all helped me a lot from taking the car to returning the car, don't go for other reviews, i already have seen, the company is really giving very nice services. with the best service which is giving unlimited kilometers with no hidden charges..
