I recently booked car from MyChoize in Pune.this is getting driven under leedership of mr Pradeep and his boss as communicated to me as mr kailash from Hadapsar..In simple word,they are totally out of sync with customers interaction policies with service care executive.I will wire blog shortly on this with details.If you are here for for honest review,don’t think to save bucks by going with mychoize and loose all good time of trip experience specially in Pune.apart from that hidden charges are there.they simply says read our xyz policies.

Initially i was little scared while booking MyChoize Car because reviews from other users were scary. But then since i have already booked the car i though not to change the booking and stay at the decision which I have taken & to tell you the truth this was one of the best Decision taken.
I booked the car for friends trip from Gurgaon to Bhimtal for 3 days a7 took the car from Sector-18 Hub of MyChoize. The car was in good condition, Everything was working properly & I drove for 833 KMS with no problem.
I made proper video of all scratches which were there in the car, Speedometer, Fuel meter etc etc....& when I returned the car - Did the same
There was no hassle since hiring and till dropping off, Also received refund in 3 Days.

Just one draw back - You cant drive over 80 km/hr, Which for me was fine

very bad service which we have ever experienced. there was an emergency to go to native for my grandfathers funeral. we was struggling for getting a car in bad day we have taken mychoize. once we got a car they informes its unlimited speed .and after returning the car they are telling all unwanted things to get money and they have charged 28% gst. please guys dont use this mychoize

This is to inform that it was very awful experience with the car booking a couple of days ago.First of all the driver was late for picking the Car and giving some kind of excuses again and again though i informed him 2 hours before the time and also i was charged IRN 2000 for just a minor dot on mirror and as also the car was delivered in the dark i think it was already there and extra taxes and GST on the fuel that the driver didn't told anything what to do about the fuel or anything. It was the first time i have used your services I'm really very disappointed. I will hardly suggest the MYCHOIZE services.

I would not recommend Mychoize to anybody. They are non professional and may make your trip a worse one. They don't check their cars regularly and the car may broke down anytime on the way. So don't go for it else go for other car rentals.

I hired a self drive car from them, they first car they delivered me was punctured and the 2nd car broke down on the way and they provided me tow service for which they charged from me. My two day tour had gone worse and i had to come back to Chandigarh in two hours.

They are not refunding me the money and provided a fake towing service bill of a company which never exists.

Go for professional Car rental services not for cheap MyChoize rental service.
Anybody can email me ask for their service.

Don't book your car rental from this website. They are not good.

"self-drive-car-rentals-pune" www mychoize com, they applied the GST while booking the ticket and then due to some reason , I had to change my plan so I cancelled the booking , then they again charged the 28 % GST.

You pay GST when you do booking , then you also pay GST when you cancel the booking.

Also I just booked yesterday and now I cancelled it within 24 hours , they are going to keep my whome amount around 8500 for about 8-10 working days , and they will alo apply GST on cancellation as told to my by one of the executive.

Pathetic.

Very bad service. I booked a cab from Delhi for two days. I book a ciaz but they handed over a swift. After 21 days they told me that the amount will not be refunded as there was damage in the car. The car had no damage when we handed over and now after such long they send you this mail. Please do not book. Very bad service. Fraud company. They won't return your refund.

I tried mychoize for a day journey within Delhi with my family. Satisfied with their cars, although their customer care could’ve been better.

I booked an innova crysta with a luggage carrier which was confirmed well in advance. A day before the haggling began for other options and I settled with Tata Hexa upon insistence and without the luggage carrier. The car was supplied to me at the airport, on time, but in a poor condition. The exterior was not cleaned and the interior had ants and spiders. I got it cleaned at my expense and informed the local office who rather than feeling sorry start to haggle for cleaning charges. I will not recommend this rental service to anyone.

Experience with mychoize has been amazing and they have an extremely professional environment. Amazing service and very affordable.

I hired my choice self drive car a couppe of days ago ... All over it was a great experience, the service was really great. I didnt expected it to be that good but they exceeded all my expectations . 😁

I need mychoize service for my family road trip. Booked the car for a day and got it just about on time I'd say. The customer support could've been a little bit more responsive but then overall it was a pretty good experience since the car was in a good condition.

Worst service ever. They are illeterate useless people.

Good experience. Vehicle was delivered and picked up at home as promised. Vehicle(SUV) was slightly dated, but rode great, and no complaints for the price paid and utilization expected with rentals. Chennai team was super great to reach out to and work with.
