I had a great experience with the team at mycar Highpoint. After calling around to a few different places, I found that many others were significantly overpriced. The pricing here was very competitive and fair by comparison.
The service itself was professional, straightforward, and easy to deal with from start to finish. I’m not 100% sure, but I think it was Matt who served me, and Peter might have been the one who helped get me booked in—either way, thanks guys for the help! I’ll definitely be recommending this branch to others looking for honest service.

Mycar Highpoint were amazing! My car had to be towed there (which was included in their roadside assistance) They went above and beyond to diagnose and advise, kept me informed since I was quite a distance away and even gave me time to sort out what I could do next. They were so kind, offering to go the extra mile several times.
Great service, Poor standard checks
Honestly, the customer service experience was great. A few days later my tyres started making a weird noise. I took the car to my local tyre place that changed the tyres a few months ago. They asked if i had anyone touch them recently, of course i mentioned the service. They told me the nuts on the front left wheel werent tightened AT ALL. My tyre almost flew off while driving. Not only did this almost damage my car, it risked my life and others on the road. I will never be going back to MYCAR. And will be advising others not to go there. This is extremely dangerous and not something i should or will ever look past. Do better

More details required! Brake kit? Brake drum? Brake pads? My husband will enquire further about the brakes? But overall good 👍
I came to mycar with an overheating…
I came to mycar with an overheating problem and the person I was dealing with said that the problem was the radiator. In the meantime the turbo failed. So he replaced the radiator and the turbo, which took a MONTH to be done and $4000, and give me back the car saying that it was all good. Two days after I got my car back it started overheating again, so I came back and I’m being told that the radiator wasn’t the problem, there is a crack in the EGR cooler, which took 5 hours to the new technician working on my car to figure it out. So now it’s gonna cost me another $1600 to replace that part. That’s why I’m not happy. Moreover I don’t get a courtesy car time my car is being fixed. I’m really hoping to get a call back from you guys to get some money back for having to pay for the change of a radiator that didn’t need to be change
