My alternator died on Christmas Eve
My alternator died on Christmas Eve. Catastrophic, obviously. No car over Christmas/New Year, and staring down the barrel at a massive cost at the most expensive time of the year. I wasn't expecting any positives to come from it, but then PJ at mycar Firle did what he apparently does best: he offered exemplary customer service. What an asset to the company! He was friendly, professional, organised, communicative, and went above and beyond. In short, my car was back on the road as quickly as possible and my experience at mycar Firle was extremely pleasant. Who would have thought? Thank you, PJ. Keep up the great work.
