Always had nothing but positive experiences here! As a female that knows little to nothing about cars, I'm always reserved taking my car in for repair (expecting the worst outcome financially) but these guys have been brilliant! Honest, affordable & friendly!

Great service from the crew at Firle
Great service from the crew at Firle, considering when I came in it was 30 min prior to closing. I had wheel that needed a new tyre fitted which was done in record time AND wheel was also fitted to my car all in I'm sure was within 20 min. I had taken same wheel to Bob Jane which was closer for me but it seems having the wheel for minimum 6 hrs wasn't enough for them, they still couldn't get it done before Tuesday and I did state it's a work vehicle.
Thanks again staff at Firle for the amazing turn around

Work Hours Information
I made a service booking through your website to drop off my car at 10 a.m. and pick it up at 3 p.m. However, once again, I was told that I couldn’t pick up my car at 3 p.m. Instead, I had to come at 4:30 p.m., regardless of my reservation. I’m not sure if this happens only at this location, but it has always been the case here. How many hours are normally required for a regular service? I will make my future bookings according to that timeframe.

It was the worst car service I have…
It was the worst car service I have ever had.Firstly when I dropped the car and service was completed no one notified me Service is done and car is ready for pick up and I had to call back and wait on the line to ask.When I got there no one was at the reception and I had to wait for 15 mins for someone to come and give me the keys and finally after picking the car after 3 days I moved the car and noticed the engine oil is leaking and our garage floor is full of oil.For the past 8 years my car was serviced at Mazda without even a single issue .For the first time I serviced my car at mycar and it was a terrible experience.

Window broke whilst with the team
I took the car in for a check up, ended up getting a service I didn’t want. Then after I drove home I found my rear driver window didn’t work (worked on the day I dropped it off). Called back and they couldn’t look at it for a few days as they were busy, and I am moving interstate during that time they were free. Irritated they weren’t willing to compromise on a way to get the window fixed while I was still in adelaide. Will look at another my car mechanic in Brisbane and get them to resolve the issue.
