Dropped car off to have runningdaylight fixed . Mechanic asked if he could do it straight away . 10 mins later, all was fixed and not charged . Thank you for your service and look forward to you servicing my car when due.

Stay away if you want a professional job done. 6 weeks to replace a seal. Not to mention how they left my car in the rain with the window open. The complains line is a bunch of BS. Joey the area manager won't return calls. We have had nothing but problems with mycar.

Booked and ordered 2 new tyres for 3:30 pm. Dropped the car at 3:20pm. Manager said should take about 1hr and 15 mins. Returned after that time and found out that they hadn’t even started the job. Took my keys and left. The manager didn’t even say sorry. He should have said he couldn’t do the job and not wasted my time.

BOOKED IN, DIDNT GET IT DONE. WASTED A DAY. WENT NEXT DAY. NO RECEIPT....

Car was booked in for 1 pm. They told me it would take an hour so I come back at 2 pm. They hadn’t even started it. The manager did his best with the staff he had and I think it I was ready around 3 pm.

I was made known of any additional repairs and sound advice was given to me by the mechanic.

I have been a customer of mycar cloverdale WA for over 10 years. I have never had a problem until this service.
I booked 3 weeks in advance for a logbook service that should have taken 1 day only. My car ended up being unavailable for 5 days. This greatly inconvenienced me (I work fulltime and am a single parent to 3 young children). I not only spent much longer on public transport than I usually would, but being the weekend before Christmas I also spent money on ubers.
The service manager rang me on the first day at 1pm to advise that the technician had hurt their hand.
Following this phone call, I was not contacted at all by the service manager. All communication was when I rang mycare myself to find out if my car was ready before travelling by bus to collect the car. I was not offered a hire car and I was not offered taxi vouchers or reimbursement of my Uber expenses, despite telling the service manager that I would be taking an Uber home on the Saturday with my shopping.
I also attended the service office several times in this period. Each time, the service manager and other technicians were speaking to other customers advising them to just bring their car in for work to be done. While my car remained on the hoist.
I will be submitting a formal complaint to head office.

I was absolutely disgusted how the manager spoke to the young girl apprentice. She was doing her job and he kept hounding her telling her that she is doing it wrong then I watched him do it the exact way she did. I seriously hope the company wakes up to the way some staff are treated😡

Easy to book online, uncomplicated service, very friendly and punctual. Around the corner is a massive bonus, too.
No more driving all the way to the dealer to receive bad service and need to talk to unqualified staff + paying much more $. My car and I are happy, we will be back for the next service.
