I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this service. After the major service costing $650, I found an old spark plug left in the windshield wiper area, which makes me question the quality of work done. I was also charged for a wiper fluid top-up and coolant refill, but there is no clear evidence that these were actually completed.
I carefully checked the vehicle myself after the service because I had doubts, and this has left me unsure whether other parts of the service were done properly.
The pickup time was initially stated as around 11 am (after 2 hours), but I only received the car at 3:30 pm. I was also told the wiper blade needed replacement and that it was on order, so I should come back the next day. However, when I returned two days later, the staff had no idea about it.
To make matters worse, the logbook was not stamped, and I now have to return again just to get this completed.
Overall, this was a very poor experience and not what I expected, especially for a major service. I chose this workshop for convenience, but I regret not going to Hyundai service as I have previously. I will be reconsidering where I take my car in the future.

Needed new tyres so went for the flybuys/Continental tyre deal. Was given a lift home when taxi failed to arrive. That's 'above and beyond' service.

I have never written a review before in my life but really felt the need thats is how unhappy I am.
My care is running worse having taken it in there. Besides the service, I asked them to have a look and address an issue and it was not even acknowledged in report and asked them again after about it and they said they didnt find an issue (which was pretty obvious). It has since gotten exponentially worse, where I am now booking it in somwhere else to get it fixed. Tried to upsell tyres to me that weren't needed, gave my car back in a dirty grubby state after their work and just as the cherry on top, with the rain recently, I have discovered they have somehow fitted windscreen wipers that are so loud I am actually afraid that they they might be carving out the glass.

I had a full logbook service done on my vehicle and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Joshua and the team were quick, efficient, and extremely professional from start to finish. Their customer service was excellent (friendly, clear communication, and very easy to deal with).
Everything was handled smoothly and on time.

I had an Essential Service ($299) done…
I had an Essential Service ($299) done on my Nissan Patrol. When I checked the vehicle after reaching home, I noticed that both the coolant level and the windscreen washer fluid had not been topped up.
I contacted the service centre the next day and returned for the coolant to be filled. Unfortunately, the technician appeared unable to clearly identify the coolant reservoir versus the windscreen washer tank, which was concerning.
Basic checks like fluid top-ups and correct identification of reservoirs should be standard in any essential service. This experience has affected my confidence in the quality of the service provided.
