The service was very expense for 150 000, due to this, I will not be returning. Recommendations very good, but the feel the price was excessive. Also, my motor vehicle smells are oil … it has been a few days, and still not pleasant to drive with the windows up.

Just put my car in for a general service. They weren’t pushy with extra sales (which is nice) however did suggest I replace my back windshield wiper be replaced with out there being any sign of being checked (ie the window is still dusty/unwashed). Compared to other services I’ve had at other centres there wasn’t any ‘above and beyond’ service.

the whole process was great, from online booking to collection. However, only 2 days after i noticed technician had scratched the rim when they removed the old weighs.

Had to go into Mycar Carousel 3 times in the last month, concern with a tyre fixed, headlight bulb fixed and brakes done rang on Saturday they added me on the schedule Monday. Great friendly service been going there for many years

I had a flat tyre and needed a new one on a Saturday. Even though they were fully booked out they still fit me in. Great service.

I have been "service centre hopping" since getting our new car. This is the first time I've been so wowed by service I'm keen to be a regular log book service customer. Booked online and got $100 off, car was ready 2 hours ahead of booked time, the extra work they found was quoted and given to me to take away and consider before booking in later, rather than the usual phone call "we need to do xyz it'll be # extra" and then it was discussed with me how urgent it was so I could make a judgement on when I would be able to bring the car back. Came back for the extra work the next week. Even though they were short staffed that day and the part sent was the wrong part they still managed to be done an hour before I expected to pick up my car. What an incredible effort by the team! Oh and the best bit, could get my tyres done all in one place! No extra trips to different stores.

Had to get a spare tyre repaired but turned out to be unrepairable. The technicians were very helpful in locating one for us and we got it repaired the next day with no dramas!

Service was done very promptly, car was ready an hour and a half earlier than what I was expecting. They didn’t reset the computer of my car so now I have a notifications come on every time I turn on my car telling me I need to get my oil changed unfortunately because I live a fair distance away. I am unable to get this sorted.

Props to the young asian gentleman who served me at the reception when I picked up my car. He took the time to explain the quote to me in detail and I appreciate that very much. Your efforts are seen and appreciated.

I took my car in for a service and it took longer than expected which wasn’t ideal when you’ve got a child with you. Then when I got home I realised they forgot to put a part back on after changing my oil. I only realised this because I could see the bonnet of my car was bowed from it sitting under. I got an apology but not even a discount or anything for my next service. I felt like they are overbooked and don’t really care.

Very professional, did keep me up to date with any issues or concerns. And taken less time then quoted on a Saturday.

Great and fast service. I had to bring in my car for a few repairs/replacement jobs which i thought would take a dew days but were all completed in 1 day.
