MyCar Carousel, HIGHLY recommended! Right from the first time I entered the store I felt welcomed and confident of my choice of tyre supplier. I had been to another tyre company, a well-known brand where I felt as though they didn't want my business. It was TOTALLY different at MyCar Carousel. Their quote was extremely competitive, and they also offered to fit the 4 new tyres that day but unfortunately, I couldn't but made the booking. I came back 5 days later greeted with the same friendliness by a different person, left my car there and within one and a half hours I received the call telling me the car was ready. The people I had contact with at MyCar Carousel were friendly and super helpful with what tyre would suit my needs and price bracket.

I would have given 5 stars but was told…
I would have given 5 stars but was told in the initial phone booking that fitting the 4 tyres and wheel alignment would take approx 1 hour. When I dropped the car off when the store opened at 8.30am I was told it would take 2 hours. It was ultimately close to 3 hours before the car was ready to pick up

Had 4 new tyres fitted
Great service. I purchased 4 new tyres for my car and a wheel alignment. The spare was on the car and the tyre in the boot had a puncture when I took it in. I explained this to the staff, and they got rid of the damaged tyre in the boot and put the old spare in the boot. They sent me a text when it was ready to be picked up.

The booking experience was convient and easy to arrange. The tyres I purchased were at a excellent price. The quality of the product and service was good. The car drives well after the service with the new tyres correctly fitted and balanced.
