Driver was courteous, thoughtful. The 4 hour journey went smoothly.
Highly recommend -thank you Volcan

Despite heavy snowfall and weather warnings, our taxi arrived right on time — in fact, even early to account for potential delays. We reached the airport exactly on schedule, and the driver was polite and friendly. Communication via WhatsApp was quick and helpful.
Highly recommend.

Very professional and timely. Great service. Went over and above, waiting for us to check in to hotel and drive to specific Lodge! Very friendly and approachable driver

Service was great, and the taxi was on time. Very satisfied.

I had an outstanding experience with this taxi company. My driver — Mr. Mert (also known as Merit/Meriç) — a courteous Turkish gentleman, was absolutely exceptional. From the moment he picked me up at Edinburgh Airport for my journey to Dumfries and Galloway, he went above and beyond to make the trip comfortable and enjoyable.

He was punctual, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful—truly going out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. The ride was smooth, the car was spotless, and his warm hospitality made the long journey feel effortless.

I highly recommend this company and especially Mr. Mert (Merit/Meriç). I will definitely be booking with them again!

Very good service at a competitive price. The communication from both our drivers was good and clear. the cars were clean. They sorted a late notice change to my pick up time, without any fuss.

Reliable, friendly and on time. Perfect experience and very reasonable price.

Excellent, prompt and courteous service. I was very pleased.

Volkan drove us, and he was extremely friendly and kind. He arrived exactly on time, and his response was always quick whenever we contacted him. On our way to the cabin, we asked to stop at a supermarket, and he kindly did. We also saw some animals on the road and he allowed us to stop to take memorable photos.
My little son really liked him and kept saying how nice he was.
Overall, he was amazing, and we truly appreciate his service.

Always a very good experience, thank you!
The driver is excellent and really nice. My boyfriend and I are very satisfied.

Needed a quick taxi from Edinburgh to Ayr after a drama of my car not working after a long flight. Taxi was there in no time and reasonable priced compared to other firms. Would recommend and use again in the future if required.

Very easy process to book the cab on the website. Driver was on time to the location and very smooth and safe trip home. He was also very hospitable and flexible, allowing an additional stop to be made. Would use again and recommend.

Great experience! Taxi was right on time, and was able to get me even in the most remote location in Scotland.

Needed a quick turnaround trip from Perth to Edinburgh and back. My driver (Ali) was ready waiting and accommodated a last-minute tweak in travel plans without any hassle. Entire experience was professional and effortless. Would 100% recommend.

Positive experience. Driver arrived as arranged. Good communications via WhatsApp. Clean car. Safe driver. Highly recommended.

He was a safe and friendly driver and was timely.

Our experience with the company, driver (Abu), and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend and will be using again. After making some last-minute changes to the travel itinerary and inadvertently mixing up dates — the error was solely on our part, not at all the company — they were still quite accommodating and prompt with communication. We used their service to transport 4 adults with lots of luggage from Glencoe, a stop at the Isle of Eriska, then to Oban for lunch, and then onto Edinburgh for drop-off.

Fantastic customer service and great whatsapp chat helpline even after hours
