Seller kept in contact throughout shipping process and item arrived within specified time. Love the boots they were true to size and a good buy so thank you.

Very disappointing experience with Amarae.

I ordered these boots as a gift, but when they arrived they were significantly different from the boots shown on the website. The colour, finish, stitching, stud detailing and overall design were different. I have photographs showing the differences.

I emailed Amarae on 19 August asking to return the boots for a full refund. They are now refusing the return because their system doesn't show a completed return request and say the 14-day period has expired.

I have repeatedly provided my original email as evidence that I contacted them, but they continue to rely on what their internal returns system shows.

They eventually offered 10% back and a 50% voucher, which I declined. I don't want another purchase from a company that I feel has handled my complaint this way.

I'm very disappointed with both the product received and, more importantly, the way my attempted return and complaint have been dealt with.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

A complete scam. I bought a coat, after it not arriving for 3 weeks I emailed and was given a tracking number. They have now emailed saying the coat is no longer available offering me a different product (with a Google drive image looks like it’s been taken from Pinterest) or offering 150% voucher. It’s a complete scam. I wish I had read the reviews here before. DO NOT ORDER SAVE YOURSELF!!!!!

Awful products wrong sizes. Save your money and order elsewhere. No way to get a refund. Only reason there are some 5star reviews is because they offered 100% refund for the first five star reviews.

The website is made easy to understand and navigate, no glitches, smooth re/load. The purchase process is very smooth as well but if I’m honest there was no space for discount code to enter and it proceeded without being able to enter it. Otherwise all good experience. Looking forward to receiving my order.

I ordered a coat and had a problem. I emailed them at 11pm they answered me straight away and resolved my phone. Very good customer service. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Terrible company- ordered a jacket and when it finally came was massively oversized. They only offer a Return to CANADA at own expense ! Presents as UK company but isn’t and terrible customer service ( AI) AVOID - very dissatisfied customer

Very very poor quality clothing. Strange sizing. Long delivery time. Overpriced. Clothes arrived without any labels at all (e.g. to say what material it was made out of, washing instructions etc)

The hat came up in a search and I loved the design. Selection and payment was easy. I was particularly pleased to see Apple Pay was available, although there were lots of payment methods. It was a good customer UX. I’m looking forward to trying my new hat on!
