Working with Steph was so simple and easy. She was knowledgeable and answered all questions and gave the best suggestions and options for purchasing . Customer service was 10/10.

I ordered four pieces of furniture arrived at 9:30 this morning. The TV stand was scratched uneven, and the door was completely often broken my kitchen table. The legs had no inner threads to use the bolts. My daughter‘s bedside table was completely cracked and damaged and drawers with an open the headboard was completely cracked through the footboard was completely cracked and basically coming off. That’s how bad the crack was could not get a hold of anybody six hours it took me to finally have somebody talk to me. I was being passed around. They didn’t care that. I had over $4000 worth of damaged furniture. My house is a complete mess and not one person is getting on the phone to help me.

0/10. Extremely disappointed. I've been a loyal Bob's customer for over 10 years, but after this experience, I'll never shop here again. I paid extra for White Glove Delivery for a stress-free experience, and instead I got the worst service. My delivery window was changed with almost no notice, and the driver arrived earlier than expected. My husband was outside, waved at the driver, the driver saw him but they ignored him and drove away. Then I was told I'd have to wait until the next delivery day because they couldn't come back... even though this was their mistake. Customer service just kept apologizing but refused to make it right. I requested a refund and will be taking my business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else unless you want your time wasted. Never again.

Bobs have severely messed up my order not 1x but 2x! Buy accidentally cancelling my order and then making me wait 2 more weeks for them to not deliver my furniture again because the truck broke down. So now I have to wait 2 more weeks for another reschedule. I have no couch as I was prepared to have this delivered 2 weeks ago! And I’ve moved my furniture around now 2 so that they could get into the house. Customer service is a joke. I also waited around 5 1/2 hours today before finally getting a hold of someone to tell me my delivery wasn’t coming today. I highly recommend not purchasing anything from this company. As there’s no customer service and poor communication. I rate a 000000 all around!

I purchased a very nice bed a couple of years ago from Bob's. The bracket that holds the mattress in place was misplaced. I went to Bob's to order a new one. I met Erin who assisted me. This was an unusual order as they normally don't really deal with parts. She was extemely kind and professional. After the part arrived I realized it was the wrong part. I went back to Bob's. Erin again met me and advised me that after I left the first time, she contacted her Manager, Noah and explained my situation. When them that the part was not the correct part, Noah explained that it was because that power base had been discontinued. He then stated that to make my bed functional again, was to replace the power base. He stated they will replace the power base FREE OF CHARGE!!!! I was blown away! I am so pleased with Erin and Noah! I will be replacing all the furniture in my house within the next year or two and ALL of it will be purchased at Bob's! I cannot be more pleased and impressed with this store and Erin and Noah. Thank you!

Needed a power lift recliner ASAP. They worked with me to purchase a floor sample a take it with me right then.

the worst possible experience. These people ended up costing me a fortune in hotel stays by lying about their deliveries. the first delivery showed up with a broken dresser and a bed with no mattress. the second delivery was supposed to have the dresser and the mattress. only the dresser showed up and still no mattress. had to call and cancel the remaining items in the order cause they caused my blood pressure to go up with their lies. what good is a bed with no mattress or a mirror for a dresser with no dresser. Had to go out and shop for a new mattress and had to buy another foam mattress to sleep on temporarily. stay away from them if you don't want headaches. they cost me 500 dollars in Hotel stays cause I had nothing to sleep on. terrible experience

So far my experience here has been great! The first thing I want to mention is the quality of their products. Their product’s seemed to be very well put together and look very expensive with a reasonable price. Secondly, their customer service for me has been helpful and diligent.

Buyer beware! I paid $299 for Bob's Goof Proof Protection Plan, thinking it would protect my nearly $3,000 couch. I didn't realize it was a service where you have to file a claim within a certain time frame. My reclining button stopped working, but because I didn't file a claim right away, they denied it. I paid for peace of mind and got excuses instead. I won't be buying another protection plan—or anything else—from Bob's Discount Furniture.

I bought furniture from them had to replace before a year Ang the second set I bought was worse than the first poorly made don’t last long enough for the price won’t ever buy from them again in my lifetime

The time on our delivery changed all day which left us missing a entire morning of work and no deliverY until almost 9pm.when asking if I should remove the door from the hinges they replay with we got it, were professionals then proceed to bend my entire front door frame. Now my door is stuck open and I cant close my front door ti go to bed. They say we can bang it out more to fix it. You guys suck and the quality sucks. DONT BUY HERE!!

I ordered a blush bedroom set in order to complete my room. Almost $200 purchase , I received the item. Due to work etc , I left it in the box . Today I open the box and it’s silver . I reached out to get it corrected and was not helped due to time even though this bedding set is still in the original packaging and NOT what I ordered .

They gave me excellent customer service and they went out of their way to help me out with my purchase and they will take away my old couch for me to now. Thank you very much.

Sometimes in life you look back and there are poor decisions and then there is my decision to buy something from Bob's Discount Furniture.

Bad delivery, terrible customer service that decided to wake me up at 7AM to tell me the same thing I was told last night at 830PM.

Delivered a broken dresser to my mother's assisted living and am still waiting 2 weeks later for a new one because they are inept at customer service and following their own notes.

Sales staff average, way h the pricing and check the piece by piece price check it yourself, our sales person added extra charges for pieces we did not ask for, the credit department person was amazing and helpful, now delivery … hmmm terrible, we had a set delivery window, we took off work to be home for that delivery window, delivery truck showed up 45 minutes early, we saw them two stop signs away from our house so we pulled up behind them, rolled down our window and asked if he could go back to deliver our furniture because our delivery window was from 2 to 5 PM and they showed up early, the guy shook his head. Yes gave a thumbs up and took off and never came back.

So we called customer service to see if they could come back and deliver our furniture before they got too far away again they showed up early, not at our delivery window time.

Basically, after hours of trying to negotiate with them on the phone, there’s nothing they can do and now we need to wait four days to receive our furniture. It would probably be easier for me to cancel my transaction and pre-purchased the furniture and get it sooner.

After speaking with customer service again, I asked approximately 30 times to speak with a manager from the customer service department was denied multiple times then all of a sudden after 45 minutes of speaking with the customer service department, they could find a manager me, I let the customer service representative know I know how this works. You go to transfer me and then the phone automatically disconnect oh my goodness how terrible he assured me that that would not happen and that if the phone did disconnect… guess what it disconnected and he called me back and it’s been at least 30 minutes…

Buyer definitely beware I will never shop at Bob’s discount furniture again

Just to add to my statement, this is the third purchase I’ve made from Bob’s and only one of them has gone well, and that was for a table.

Goof Proof Protection is very deceptive. Just the name it self. They will fix or repair small things but they have probably never replaced anything. I had a very small stain on my dresser top. What they don’t tell you when they’re selling the protection is that they have to deem you’re good eligible or ineligible. They sell it like it’s certain that they will fix repair or replace

A few weeks ago, we traveled from Georgia to Hyannis specifically to receive a furniture delivery from Bob’s Discount Furniture. That delivery included a broken dresser. We were later informed that the damaged drawer could not be replaced and that replacement furniture had to be ordered.

Because we live in Georgia, we booked a SECOND flight back to Massachusetts specifically to be present for today’s scheduled delivery. After we incurred the expense and inconvenience of traveling from Georgia, the delivery team informed us that they would not deliver the furniture because it was raining.

We immediately contacted customer service and were told that the delivery had been rescheduled for tomorrow. The representative specifically stated that he would send a confirmation email. That confirmation email was never sent.

We were then forced to call customer service two additional times. On the first call, the representative hung up on us. On the second call, the representative provided what he claimed was a telephone number for the corporate office. The number was not legitimate.

This is beyond poor customer service. We have purchased thousands of dollars of furniture from Bob’s Discount Furniture over the years. In return for that loyalty, we have received damaged furniture, been forced to make repeated trips from Georgia to Massachusetts, experienced a failed delivery, received promises that were not kept, been hung up on, and been given false corporate contact information.

I have never experienced customer service this poor.

I enjoyed working with Srinivasa greatly at the Vernon Hills, Illinois, location! I am financing a great bed and night stand which he assisted in helping me select. Store manager Robert was also instrumental in validating my decision. Should I have any other business in the future at this place, Srinivasa was a great associate to work with.

The salesman Michael in Lexington Kentucky, was very nice and helpful. He helped me to make the right choices concerning a bed and couch. I'm very happy with my choices. The delivery people were very nice and polite although some were a little hard to understand because most were Hispanic. The main complaint is the delivery system itself. There were many glitches in it and I wasn't sure when my furniture would be here. The man in charge of the warehouse concerning the delivery was a little hard to understand as he was Hispanic as well. Overall my experience was good but the delivery system itself needs to improve and so does communication.
