Sent boots back as they were to tight. Their customer service is excellent, kept me updated all the way by email. I will be getting a refund no quibble at all. Highly recommend blufish.

I bought an item from Blue fish and it was not fit for purpose contacted customer service and they were very helpful got a refund straight away

The quality of the product was poor. I contacted through the link on Wowcher heard nothing. Contacted Wowcher bluefish then responded immediately and was in constant contact and couldn't do enough and happy to refund good customer service.

Thankyou for all your assistance and help over my order with you .My item arrived safe and sound this morning. Again thankyou

Emailed company yesterday re returning an item and requesting a refund. 3 emails earlier on today from bluefish to confirm my info detail's and to tell me my request for a refund was accepted and was being processed. Can't complain, Great service and sorted so quickly.

I ordered a dress but the colour was wrong. Within minutes of conacting Blufish it was all sorted. Excellent response and no hassles

I was offered a refund without any fuss. Excellent response without any delay. I will definetly being using Myblufish again.

customer service is excellent and helpful, items arrived in good time and are great quality. would recommend. I got raincoats through wowcher I'd say these guys were better at dealing with where my items were than them.

I bought a pair of sandals that broke the first time I wore them! Blufish have offered to replace them straight away!
They replied to my email immediately & concluded my complaint in minutes ! How marvellous!

A wrong size waterproof jacket was delivered to me. Got on to customer service and they were excellent. Very quick to respond and didnt hesitate to offer me a replacement which i was very pleased about.

The waterproof jacket I ordered arrived and I could not believe my eyes when I saw the quality of the workmanship. Frayed toggles, cuffs not even stitched in alignment and threads hanging off everywhere. Also it is by no means waterproof. Also no contact details to be found anywhere on company website surprise surprise. Do not buy from this company!!

Excellent customer service. Rain coat didn't arrive so I contacted them and a replacement was organised which arrived very quickly. Many thanks Myblufish.

To be honest I would not think the quality of the jacket is worth the full price so happy that I purchased via wowcher.

However, the customer service experience was excellent with quick and efficient communication.
Thank you

Outsanding company ,great to deal with ,very helpful in every way ,the Raincoats are fab

I had to change my delivery address and it was dealt with so quick and the support group were excellent with helping me.

I bought a waterproof coat through wowcher. Wowcher don’t want to discuss the matter contact blufish directly they say.
I have been unable to contact blufish.
The coat is NOT waterproof at all The size is XXL I ordered a size 12.
Absolute rubbish quality and rubbish customer service. I will NOT be using wowcher or blufish again.
Upon reading my review blufish have refunded my money back to wowcher.

I received my raincoat which was very poor quality . I tried to get a refund but was told I had to return it to Hong Kong. It was not worth the postage so I have lost out. Rubbish Item. I advised Wowcher they should not be selling this item and have since unsubscribed as I didnt get any help from them either. Disgusted.

Bought two rain jackets. Cheap price but poor quality. Certainly would never cost the original price as advertised. To return them to Hong Kong would be expensive with no guarantee that they would arrive. Wont buy from this company again as I feel ripped off.

Excellent customer service, an item didn’t arrive so I contacted them and a received a message straight away saying a replacement had been sent. Would definitely use again 👌👌

Really informed, friendly and helpful advisors 😁😁
