This is the second time I ordered. The first time, order never made it to them so I got a refund.
I decided to give another chance. Ordered and the sample never made it to them. They sent another package, it took over a month.they expressed to use UPS but it’s not so convenient by me and I was traveling and didn’t have time so sent it the old way— they got it over 1 month after and I got my results in ok time.
When I asked for an update, they said we specifically told you to use UPS.
If you recommend UPS then don’t have the other option.
I got the results and it’s alright — I bought the advanced version and it wasn’t so advanced. They recommend stuff but so minimal and basic.
Also on the main results page, they have two other windows where you can unlock more advanced info, which is bad UX design. Of course people want to know, it feels like manipulative design rather than care.
I won’t be using them again.

Unfortunately, shipping times and delivery issues are largely outside of our control once the sample has been sent. Since the first sample did not arrive, we recommended using UPS for the second shipment as it is faster and fully trackable. With standard postal services, especially from some countries, delays of several weeks can occasionally happen.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the report and platform design. The layout is intended to provide a clear overview first, with optional sections for users who want to explore certain topics in more detail.

Die Darmanalyse von myBioma ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wird ausführlich in einfachen Worten erklärt. Obwohl die Gesamtvielfalt meiner Darmbakterien sehr gut ist, sieht es dann, wenn man in die Tiefe schaut, überhaupt nicht mehr gut aus. Das hat mich wachgerüttelt! Auch spitze ist, die Empfehlungen und Rezepte.

Es wird eigentlich nur das wiedergegeben, was man selbst im Fragebogen angibt - mehr nicht. Dafür brauch ich keine Auswertung. Enttäuschend.

Zur Einordnung: Der Fragebogen dient lediglich dazu, deine Ergebnisse besser zu kontextualisieren. Die Analyse selbst basiert auf der Auswertung deines individuellen Mikrobioms. Wenn sich bestimmte Punkte mit deinen Angaben aus dem Fragebogen decken, ist das tatsächlich ein gutes Zeichen, da es zeigt, dass dein Mikrobiom deine aktuellen Beschwerden oder Empfindungen widerspiegelt.
Viele unserer Empfehlungen mögen auf den ersten Blick einfach oder allgemein wirken. Sie sind jedoch direkt auf die Ergebnisse deines Mikrobioms abgestimmt und konzentrieren sich auf die Bereiche, die den größten Einfluss auf deine Darmgesundheit haben. Gerade diese gezielten, leicht umsetzbaren Maßnahmen ermöglichen oft die nachhaltigsten Verbesserungen.

This review is for the European Company MyBioma, for their most excellent service of which I benefited in Germany. The service was impeccable overall: Sabrina's customer support was stellar, and they managed even some logistics issues very well. The quality and detail level report in the Ultimate report was outstanding, a huge step forward a previous Viome analysis I had done in 2019. The MyBioma report was an eye opener and enabled me to take huge steps forward in fixing IBS and SIBO, where previously I was lost about how to handle this type of problems. Highly recommended.

Company is deceitful.
When ordered a larger amount of product, I did not realize I had just signed up to get recurring shipments automatically. Very tricky.! Even if it works, I would not reorder from this company because of there sneaky tactics. I ordered that amount because it was cheaper & I like to give a product about 6 months to prove its value. On top of that, to cancel you have to have one more recurring order before you can cancel. Of course, they offered me a deal. Instead of the 6 bottle order, I can get off the hook by just ordering one bottle for 44.99. I CANNOT cancel until I pay them more money! What a scam. I really hope this company is not successful due to their sneaky habits. This is a new one for the books.

Do not purchase from them. Not only did I get sick from their supplements but their return process is awful. They refused to refund me for products that I didn't want, didn't order, and that I'd already cancelled

Spart euch das Geld! Absoluter Fail
habe mir mehr von dem Test versprochen und ärgere mich sehr über das rausgeschmissene Geld. Ich habe einen "Ultimate" Test gemacht, die Tipps sind absolut sinnlos und werden standardmäßig in jeder Zeitschrift gegeben. Ich habe einen ähnlichen Test bereits vor ein paar Jahren über den Arzt machen lassen, mit einem Fachinstitut und erhielt persönlichen Tipps - wo auf mich und meine Probleme, die ich auch zuvor in den Fragebogen eintrug, eingegangen wurde. Ärgerlich dass ich mir den Weg zum Doc und die privaten Arztkosten sparen wollte. Ich kann jedem nur raten, wenn wirklich Darmprobleme vorhanden sind, lasst den Test mit einem Arzt machen und erhaltet wirklich Tipps zu Präparaten die euch dann helfen. Der Test ist stand jetzt zu nix zu gebrauchen! Um nun wirklich Ergebnisse und Hilfe zu bekommen, bin ich nun gezwungen doch zum Arzt zu gehen. Meiner Meinung nach eine große Abzocke und innerhalb des Testes Aussagen ohne Hand und Fuß.

Wir möchten kurz erläutern, wie unser Mikrobiomtest funktioniert:
Unser Test ersetzt keine ärztliche Diagnostik oder Behandlung. Wir stellen keine Diagnosen und geben bewusst keine individuellen Therapie- oder Präparateempfehlungen.
Ziel des Tests ist es, die Zusammensetzung des Mikrobioms zu analysieren und mögliche Zusammenhänge oder Tendenzen zu erkennen. Viele unserer Nutzer:innen berichten, dass diese Erkenntnisse ein wichtiger Anhaltspunkt sind, um gezielt die Ursachen ihrer Beschwerden zu verstehen und gegebenenfalls weiterführend ärztliche Beratung einzuholen.
Die Hinweise im Bericht beziehen sich auf Ernährung, Ballaststoffvielfalt, Lebensstil, Stressmanagement und Bewegung. Auch wenn die Tipps zunächst bekannt wirken, haben gerade diese Grundlagen eine nachweislich positive Wirkung auf das Mikrobiom.

Being skeptical
Being skeptical, I didn’t think this would work. I stopped fast food and process food.(frozen food). After finishing one bottle I went from 240 to 216. I even surprise my doctor. I’ll let you know how the second bottle goes. Learning to cook healthy.

Der erste Test war viel ausführlicher (40 Seiten) und grafisch - nach meiner Meinung - aufschlussreicher und übersichtlicher gestaltet.

Not sure how this helps anyone
Not sure how this helps anyone. I mailed my sample over a month ago and still no results. I live in Ireland and used their prepaid envelope...it took FOREVER (3.5 weeks?) to arrive? Shipped on 7/7 Arrived July 29 --in the lab notice. And then a week later got an email that they were being "sequenced" It's now 8/13. Too long--i am sure whatever was in there is OLD news by now so that was 169 euro down the drain. Off to try to find a GI or functional medicine appt.
