This was my first purchase from your site. I have been watching you on social media and have always loved your style. The site was really easy to use, I received emails informing me of the whole process. My Jeans arrived beautifully packaged. The Jeans fit perfectly and I love them.

Excellent communication
Excellent communication. Frequent correspondence to let me know the progress regarding the preparation and delivery of my purchase. Package was packed carefully. However, even though I made the order on 22nd December and paid for next day delivery, my parcel arrived after the 28th December. I understand it was a busy time of year but the company must not have charge for next day delivery when they are unable to deliver in this time frame.

Poor communication and no compensation
Paid for next day delivery on the Thursday before Xmas expected it to be dispatched the friday. Did not receive it until after Xmas, I chased it only to be told the dispatch centre was closed Friday before Xmas. No offer to refund the next day delivery charge, no communication before ordering about Xmas opening times, and no apology for the delay.

Hi Elizabeth,
We clearly stated on our shipping page that the last day for despatch was on the Thursday 20th December. You ordered late on this day 11:30pm, which would fall into Friday 21st December.
This was also clearly started this on the front of the website too, that the last working day we could despatch would be the 20th. I'm afraid you ordered after our guaranteed delivery date. In your email you sent you said you assumed that we would be sending on the Friday, which was not a guaranteed delivery day pre Christmas.
Im sorry you didn't get your parcel in time for Christmas, but due to the ability to deliver that close to Christmas can't be guaranteed, this is why we clearly specified the date on our website.
