Don’t waste your money!!!!
I bought two bottles of the Black Rice Ampoule after seeing the advertising, and honestly, what I received does absolutely nothing like what is shown in the videos. I followed the directions exactly and saw none of the exfoliating effect they advertise. Nothing.

They advertise a money-back guarantee, which sounds great until you realize the customer has to pay the return shipping. From Canada, that would cost me around $20 just to send it back, making the “guarantee” considerably less appealing.

I spent about $60 on two bottles and received a free face mask. At least the mask was free, because I certainly wouldn’t spend any more money on this company.

Very disappointing. Save your money.

Anche meno di una stella!!! Il prodotto è arrivato dopo 13 giorni, altro che 24 ore come promesso dal sito!!! Una volta provato il prodotto non risponde assolutamente alle aspettative vantate: non esfolia assolutamente nulla, i pezzi che si formano sono solo il prodotto che su solidifica sfregando ma il sebo e i punti neri restano immutati! Il peggio è quando chiedi il rimborso avvalendoti alla garanzia soddisfatti o rimborsati che pubblicizzano in fase di acquisto! Il supporto clienti ti risponde dopo 10 mail che se vuoi spedisci la merce a tuo carico in cina (25/30€ almeno di spedizione) oppure ri fanno un rimborso del 20% (ridicolo)! Evitate come la peste!!!! Una truffa legalizzata!!!

This is a total scam. Avoid. You don't get send what the website shows. You get sent a cheap plastic bottle of yellow liquid with a cheap crappy label. It does NOTHING that the adverts imply. Then they say you can get refund but you need to send it tracked to a random address in China. AVOID.

The product doesn’t look the same as advertised. It’s yellow, not white. The bottle is plastic and not glass. Upon use, the solution dried up super fast and will come off when you rub your face like a scrambled egg.

Awful scammy product, does nothing that it says on the poorly packaged and cheap tin

Think I've been dupped. Packaging is nothing like what I thought I was ordering. Stings face straight away when putting on. Bottle even looks nasty and cheap.

Mine did actually arrive. I actually forgot I had ordered them so didn’t realise it had taken 8 weeks to get to me.
Haven’t tried them yet or opened the package however.
I ordered the Astaxanthin.
