Minor problem immediately solved.
Had a minor problem with a Seamaster clone. On return to My Replica Watches a replacement was immediately dispatched and arrived in excellent condition and in good time.

I admire the determination to deliver the package. The package was as expected based on previous purchases. It required a little longer than 10 days, but, again, I admire the determination. They are the best at what they do, and I recommend them over any other.

I recently purchased a Hublot Big Bang and unfortunately experienced a few issues with the watch. Stephanie was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process — professional, accommodating, and extremely understanding of my concerns. As soon as I contacted her, she immediately arranged for a replacement without hesitation.

Mt first Patek Philippe Cubitus
I received my Cubitus in good condition and carefully packaged. It's a very beautiful piece and seems to have been crafted with extreme attention to detail (respect for the original dimensions, finishing, dial color, steel used, and the design of the hands). I'm always very happy and proud when I wear it, especially with elegant or formal wear.

As we have stated in each of our previous emails, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the watch to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping. However, you have informed us that the watch was discarded and that you are requesting a full refund without returning it. Unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund under these circumstances, as returning the item is a necessary part of our refund policy.

Good experience overall would recommend. Quick response time to questions. My only issue is the fact they don’t pay attention to the ship to address. They seem to only ship to the billing address despite entering a specific ship to address.
