Durante le ultime spedizioni ho avuto un inconveniente con FedEx, che mi ha addebitato dei costi doganali aggiuntivi. La risoluzione ha richiesto un po’ più di tempo del previsto, ma Montelux è rimasta disponibile e si è impegnata a rimborsarmi le somme pagate.
Ho apprezzato soprattutto il fatto che, anche di fronte a un problema successivo alla consegna, non abbiano ignorato la situazione e abbiano cercato una soluzione.
Nel complesso, sono soddisfatto dell’esperienza, della qualità degli orologi e dell’assistenza ricevuta. Sicuramente acquisterò ancora da loro.

Kurios und keine Kommunikationsmöglichkeit
Ich hab auf dieser Seite eine super Clone Uhr für ungefähr 1300-1500 € bestellt. Seit den letzten 48 Stunden kam keine Rückmeldung.
Weder eine Auftragsbestätigung noch irgendwie anderweitige Information. Den Support kann man auch nicht erreichen. E-Mail ist nicht verfügbar beziehungsweise meldet, dass die E-Mail nicht zugestellt werden kann.
Der Chat auf der Website selbst funktioniert auch nicht mit richtigen Mitarbeitern und diese vermeintliche Telegramgruppe. Dort kann man auch keine Person anschreiben.
Das Impressum ist ebenfalls fragwürdig. Kein Name oder Telefonnummer angegeben Adresse in Großbritannien und verschiffen beziehungsweise versenden aber angeblich aus Asien und Europa.
Sehr kurios alles.
Laut der Kreditkartenabbuchung auch eine andere Firma angegeben als hier auf der Website. Wenn keine Rückmeldung erfolgt, erstatte ich Anzeige und lasse über den Anbieter mein Geld zurück buchen.
Meldet euch per WhatsApp / Telefon wenn eure anderen Möglichkeiten schon (bewusst / extra) nicht funktionieren!!!
Das Kontaktformular auf der Website funktioniert ebenfalls nicht. Sobald man eine Nachricht schreibt und absenden möchte, erfolgt direkt „Systemfehler“ und das seit zwei Tagen.
Bestellung: 59324 - ich habe zum Glück Screenshots nach der Zahlung auf der Webseite gemacht um alles festzuhalten.
Aber wie bereits erwähnt - bisher keine einzige Nachricht oder Bestätigung - Geld haben sie aber bereits autorisiert….

Achtung
Achtung: Uhr für 190Euro defekt geliefert .Ersatzuhr ebenfalls defekt. Shop sitzt laut Im Pressung in London verlangt aber teuren Rückversand nach China auf eigene Kosten. Keine Kostenerstattung für den Rückversand. Support verweigert gesetzliche Gewährleistung.
Warning: The watch (costing €190) arrived defective. The replacement watch was also defective. According to the legal notice, the shop is based in London, yet it demands expensive return shipping to China at the customer's own expense. There is no reimbursement for return shipping costs. Customer support refuses to honor the statutory warranty.

I was refunded a new Patek Philippe after a dud Omega
I purchased an omega speedmaster originally. However due to a failure of the movement. Monteluxtime offered me a free watch of my choice of the same quality AAAA. Which means I got to keep the old one and I opted the Tiffany and co Patek Philippe. So far the watch is working perfectly and it looks great. I have a nautilus in green dial baught in Bali AAAA quality. The difference between Monteluxtime and the Balinese one is it’s thicker, heavier and the band is harder to open and get off your wrist. But the Monteluxtime has a better glowing lume on the hour marker which is important for me. However the cost is twice as much as the seiko movement Balinese watch.
It’s a nice piece though and I’m happy that Monteluxtime came through with their promise to send me a free watch. Thanks guys.

Swiss super clone Pepsi GMT
I own a genuine Rolex GMT Master (Batman ) and I was on the Rolex waiting list for Eight years for the Pepsi even though I previously purchased and used the official dealer, I didn’t get one . Then they were discontinued and the prices went sky high so I wasn’t going to pay double for the watch I wanted because of greed. I looked all around and did my research on the Pepsi and also the clones. All I have to say is that I am totally gobsmacked with the quality of the watch, the customer service and postage, it has totally blown me away. The only difference between the super Swiss clone and real is not naked to the eye and £17,000 pounds cheaper. I would definitely buy again and recommend Monteluxtime especially for the Swiss super clone which comes with box, papers etc. I know. It’s a clone but the next best thing and a fraction of the cost
