We had a great experience working with MyArchitect on our side-return extension in Hackney. From our first contact they were responsive, took time to explain the process and pricing structure clearly, and were ready to work with us to get the right balance of designed features and keeping to budget. Our architect, Emily, really understood what we were looking for and our priorities and was brilliant in making that vision a reality both in terms of design and practical suggestions. She also helped us find a builder that was a great match and who we were very happy with. We're thrilled with the results.

My Architect managed the design and planning process for a very complicated side extension / deconversion for us. Emily and Dani were brilliant - they come up with smart solutions to the trickier design questions and handled the planning application smoothly. To our delight the plans were approved with no changes. Once we've saved the budget, we will use My Architect's build service.

Emily, Dani and Harry at My-Architect helped us develop a successful renovation and enlargement of a ground floor London flat. All the team were fantastic and we were very happy with the result. From our first contact with My-Architect, through the planning and building process, the team and their communications with us were most professional and efficient. Architect and structural engineer fees were transparent and as stated. The team have close links with an array of good building companies and the finished result was an excellent reflection on all the professionals and trades involved. The whole process of building, particularly in London, can be stressful but Emily and the team ensured that we completed the project with our sanity intact.

We used My Architect's architecture, design and planning services for the modest extension and complete internal renovation of our 5 bedroom Victorian end of terrace home in Ealing. Dani was responsive, creative, patient, enthusiastic and listened carefully to our wants and needs. The pricing was very reasonable. We are really happy with their services and would recommend them.

The planning process was made super easy and we received approval very quickly - no doubt helped by her remaining in contact with the council throughout. We would highly recommend MyArchitect and especially Emily.

I would not use this company again. You have to do the chasing, so communication wasn’t great! They kept giving quotes for fees that were not correct, so after paying we got emails from themselves and the council to say more payments needed to be made. On one occasion they were about to submit a diagram and I had to inform them the the measurements were wrong. Called a few times and was told had to wait until they got back from holiday.

We were initially very impressed with My Architect. We had several productive meetings with Hunter, who was fantastic, and later met our assigned architect, Olivia, with whom we were also very happy. We were due to begin our first walkthrough in May, but due to delays with our house purchase, we had to postpone until our sellers were ready.

Now, a couple of months later, we're ready to proceed, but have just been told that our project is being dropped because the build is not large enough under the new direction the company is taking.

It’s incredibly disappointing, especially after the time and effort we invested in building a relationship and feeling confident in our choice. We expected professionalism and consistency, but this experience has left us feeling let down and undervalued. Unfortunately, it reflects poorly on the company’s priorities and commitment to clients.

Dani and the team were exceptional. From the creative ideas, the patience in putting together the drawings and re-drafting when needed, to the support and advice all along the process; everything was of the highest quality. The project was slightly more difficult since we could not be present for large chunks of it, but Dani collaborated so well remotely that it really didn't make a difference. She was a true partner all along the process and we couldn't have asked for a better one!

Dani was great from the offset and managed the process really smoothly from start to finish. She was always available and explained our options clearly at every stage. We would recommend My Architect!

Very proactive and thoughtful yet straightforward. Emily was brilliant to work with and helped us consider different options for our project goal. One area for improvement would be the way the service is productised into different tiers, which is slightly over engineered and inflexible. Other than that, would highly recommend.

We found My Architect after asking for recommendations on a local WhatsApp group. I can confidently say that we hit the jackpot with them! After a meeting with Harry, he put Dani on our project and she has been a superstar! She listened to our wants and needs and designed a fabulous new loft and kitchen extension. Dani came up with a few initial designs and explained our options to fit within our budget.
Dani also delt with our planning application. It couldn't have been any easier! Dani delt with all the planning officers questions and explained to us what they wanted us to change. Dani was able to tweak the design in order to satisfy planning and actually improve our layout. We then used their tender service where we were set up with 5 different builders to quote us on our project. My Architects tender service is fantastic, it allowed us to go through all the details of the build so that we had a comprehensive quote with no nasty suprises. I have always been a bit wary of builders but the builders we ended up choosing have been amazing. It's credit to My Architect for having a brilliant network of trades and I would trust anyone they recommend. Dani is available for any queries and support, which is amazing - especially if this it the first time you are doing an extension.
Honestly, if you are looking for a full service on your project from start to finish My Architect is the company to use! I could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you for turning our house into a home!

We engaged with My architect in late 2020 to design a complete renovation of our house, a double story side extension and loft conversation. Harry and Dani initiated the plans and Dani took the lead for all re-designs and changes we wanted. She also submitted all our applications to the council and helped us challenge some of the changes they requested so that we could get the plans we wanted approved. She followed up with the council many times when there were delays on their side and she was professional and patient when dealing with them. Nothing was too much to ask when we needed to have another meeting or discuss changes to the design. Dani also introduced us to our building contractors, 3Build who were also faultless and delivered the full renovation on time and on budget by December 2023. Dani visited us many times before the renovation took place and throughout the build itself, so she was there to see the house transform from the dream design on paper to a full reality. We would highly recommend Dani and Harry and the My Architect team to anyone considering undertaking a home re-design. They are a joy to work with.
