Great and fast service with a true service attitude!

Amazing product! I thought my renderings were great before... But now WOW! Easy to use and extremely fast!

Came across Archsynth through my IG ads, I’m so glad I didn’t skip this ad!

Super easy to use, intuitive interface to quickly get started even for 3D rendering dummies like me. It’s like cheat-mode for small-time teams / solo designers; time efficient & cost effective.

Really appreciate the team behind who are constantly making improvements to Archsynth! They listen to their users, genuinely making a good product that helps folks like us.

This tool is and absolute game changer! My agency works in the experiential marketing industry creating high touch executive experiences. Archsynth is helping us get creative in front of our client faster and better and has drastically changed our approval timelines in the short time we've been using it.

The service is very good. They reply very fast messages if there is a problem and solve it immediately.

I began using Archsynth for my interior design business and was ultimately very disappointed. While the platform is capable of rendering attractive random images and switching between different visual styles, it fails completely when asked to produce anything precise or directive. Its outputs lack accuracy, and it consistently disregards clearly written prompts.

For example, when rendering a kitchen, it frequently generates two sinks. When instructed to use only one sink, it compensates by adding an extra cooktop. If you then specify that it must keep only one sink and must not add another cooktop, it arbitrarily removes the oven from the scene. These kinds of illogical substitutions make the tool unreliable for professional work.

Although Archsynth produces images quickly, a significant amount of time is lost trying to correct a single design—often up to 20 iterations—with no guarantee of achieving the intended result.

I do not recommend this tool.

I've been exploring a platform to assist with 3D modeling for my business. I had some questions about Archsynth to see if it was possible to create the model and then place the model into Chief Architect. I reached out via DM on Instagram. Not only did they help me with my question, but they also created a video to show me a step-by-step process. I followed the instructions but still was not successful, so I reached out again. This time, I not only received a reply but also was offered a video conference to work out how to resolve the issue. I'm looking forward to subscribing, getting specific models made, and then creating realistic renders to help convey my designs to my clients.

Not worth at all. poor inaccurate quality, very often :“180 seconds before aborting” or “explore while generating” ⌛️. Definitely not worth my subscription.

Useless program for professionnal use. Not accurate enough.
I had cancelled my subscription but I was charged again !

So many improvements recently! It does exactly what it says I’m really surprised about some of the other reviews. I recommend everyone check out their explore page so you don’t set unrealistic expectations. I use this almost every day, so I can vouch for it

1. The product is not ready to be used.
2. I have cancelled my plan after 1 day of usage, but have been charged multiple times since.
3. They refuse to answer my emails and reimburse me.

Quite simply a scam

This software is misleading and the Instagram posts are particularly misleading from Sketchup to render they look fantastic; the reality, it couldn't read my model or render it as I had modeled, the design was very simple, a desk but it could not get it it right. It does however model furniture from photos you can bring into Sketchup.

This product is not fit for use yet. It needs a lot of development, it may look good in theory but not fit for professional use.

They make it too complex to cancel your subscription

This are the thieves you will never receive your money back. If you will cancel your subscription during the first seven days like they promised they will never send your money back, but they take the money the same day and you will never see them again thieves!!!

the new story is they have contacted me regarding my opinion on Trustpilot and said from their side everything is fine and they have sent money to my bank account, but I cannot see them since many weeks afterwards they ask to use link provide by their support to link with my desktop and this will let them check what’s going on , never trust the people like this never ever do not give them any access to your PC !!!

Archsynth is awesome! I was struggling to figure out the vibe I wanted for my bedroom and I was able to place my inspo photos into the website. It gave me a design that was almost exactly what I had envisioned. It helped me create the coolest and coziest space in my home for sure.

It's such a hit or miss with this site. I've been uploading images of furniture with white backgrounds and sometimes the 3D models are on point. Other times they look absolutely terrible. The price they charge makes it not worth it, tbh. I'm grateful I only paid for one month. I'm going to continue to see how it works but it's likely I'll cancel soon.

So bad! They bill you for the entire year upfront and the renders are completely inaccurate for professional use.

Site is badly made and barely functional. I canceled my subscription twice and they just keep on billing me. Avoid like the plague!
