Very courteous and efficient. Really happy with my outfit stunning and beautifully made. Happy with the whole process of ordering the outfit.

Came across this designer on instagram. Efficient response when I first enquired. Beautiful outfits on website. Chose the Elara red outfit which was a lovely design and contrasting colours.

Amazing experience Alhamdulillah!. Was a bit hesitant earlier, cuz its first time to order from here. MashaAllah, the cooperation, the quality of work, understanding and value th customer desire has exceeded the expectation. The customized dress that I have desired is just wonderful mashaAllah. Delivered on time too! Thank you so much . I have become ur loyal customer.

I recently ordered two suits from Musferah Saad and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The communication and customer service were superb from start to finish. The staff were responsive and helpful, providing quick replies and proactive updates. They were kind, courteous, and professional, making the entire process smooth. The order process was seamless, and delivery was timely. The suits themselves are of high quality and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for reliable service and great products. I’ll definitely be shopping with Musferah Saad .

Beautiful pieces and craftsmanship. They were completely accommodating when I requested a custom color for an outfit for a wedding. Timely response and clear communication

I had the most amazing experience. I needed a dress I ordered for my honeymoon and didn’t realise it would require a 6 week period to make the dress. They were very understanding and accommodating and managed to make and ship out the dress to me within a week. I would definately order from them again.

Great costumer service, detailed and creative
Waiting for the dress to arrive 👏🏻

I have had numerous dresses from Musferah Saad , their quality is always spot on & designs are excellent . They also have great customer care and are there to help throughout the order process!

This is my second time ordering. Great customer service and designs are unique.

So good, the customer service

A scam, please do not order from this brand. We paid for express 5-7 day shipping for the order to arrive over a month late for an urgent "ready-to-ship" item.

Customer service repeatedly ignored my messages on various platforms to get in touch, and would either leave me on read, or simply not open them for weeks. Abysmal service, product quality, and ordering experience.

The quality of fabric was incredibly cheap and visibly unwearable, with visible plastic beading that looked tacky. Somehow it looks worse than costume jewelry in person. The dupatta fabric is laughable.

You cannot wear this in a setting where anyone has even an ounce of knowledge about fabric or craftsmanship.

Absolutely not worth the $300+ tag, spend your money elsewhere, and the price for that specific item has increased from $305 to $335 on their website.

Best customer service I have ever received from a Pakistani brand. I’ve honestly never been more satisfied. They went above and beyond to get my order to me extra early because I told them I urgently needed it as I was going to be traveling. Literally worked with me so much I’m so greatful!

This was my first purchase with them. They are very professional and you get exactly what you see in the picture. They keep you updated through the entire process. The quality of the outfit is amazing, the stitching is very nice. The outfit fits me perfectly.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. They were quick and responsive throughout the process. The outfit is extremely well-made with excellent quality materials and craftmanship. I will absolutely be ordering again.

I ordered a suit from this company. The quality was very good and I am very pleased with the service.

I bought for the first time from MusferahSaad and it was a wonderful experience 👌🏼 I really appreciate the outstanding customer service from the minute I inquired to the delivery. The dresses were as described and with excellent quality. I recommend buying from them for your special occasion and communicate directly with the wonderful customer service 🙏🏽
