Musferah Saad Omdömen

I ordered a ready to ship item on the 19th feb 2026. They committed to ship by the 24th. I ordered ready to ship so i could get it well in time. But even after constant follow up they did not ship even around that time. One of their consultant let it slip that they were hammered with sudden Eid orders. Around 12th March i msged i no longer wanted the items as and i wanted my refund back. They shipped it on the 15th of march.

I have not accepted the parcel. As it was being delivered on the 26th of march... now they are only willing to give me store credit for 1/2 the amount i paid

Very happy with the communication and willingness to provide custom orders.

Very nice designs, elegant outfits and highly responsive customer service. I am impressed with the promptness of the customer service. I ordered this very elegant outfit with it’s pouch and received a call from them right away when I asked for expedited shipping.

Customer service is incredible and clothes are stunning!! Highly recommend

What I ordered, came out really nice. I love it. Definitely order more in future.

I usually do not leave bad reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. This was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. The dress was advertised as ready to ship when I placed my order, which is exactly why I bought it. However, it was not shipped until two weeks later.

I also paid extra for a matching pouch and scarf, and neither of those items were included in my package. On top of the shipping delay and missing items, the quality of the dress itself was extremely disappointing. The material felt cheap, and the embroidery was poorly done.

Overall, I feel misled by the listing and very dissatisfied with both the service and the product quality.

Evey thing was to follow

I am very surprised with Musferah Saad outlet and the accommodation of their worker'r , their work is so clear and Satisfied and their clothes stuff, JAVAD treat us very well i am so glad with it

As JAVAD is good to handle and carries the best out of the clothing line and has the best quality of work art on clothes and dresses . I am fully thankful and satisfied with all of its products and materials and products and services

The outfit is so pretty and the fabric quality is also very good
Customer service is also very friendly

From the onset the service was impeccable. Ongoing communication and updates. Very personal service that is so different to the usual online shopping. It was amazing to have received a video of the dress, with measurements for approval prior to it being sent. The dress arrived within the time I was advised. I am very happy with the fit and quality.

I just received my second koftan and it was elegant and been doing by professional hand 😍 . I'm waiting for new collection 🫶🏼

The consultant (Tehreem) I worked with was extremely efficient and always available to help. I have yet to receive my shipment and I hope I will not be disappointed at the quality n fit. I look forward to doing more business with MS.

The service is excellent, they responded to me in record time and the customer service was outstanding. Thank you

I had the most beautiful experience wearing Musferah Saad designs for three very special occasions — and each outfit made me feel truly royal.

The emerald green dress was everything I dreamed of for a family wedding — graceful, statement-making, and effortlessly elegant. The craftsmanship and detailing instantly elevated my entire presence.

The light blue & pink outfit was perfect for Eid. It felt soft, feminine, and timeless while still making such a sophisticated statement.

And the metallic ensemble — I wore it to a Pakistani celebrity charity event and received endless compliments all evening. It carried such regal energy and made me feel confident, polished, and elevated.

Every piece is thoughtfully designed, luxurious in fabric, and beautifully tailored. Musferah Saad truly creates outfits that don’t just dress you — they transform how you feel.

Highly recommend if you want to feel elegant, powerful, and unforgettable.

Ordered my first outfit from Musferahsaad and I am so in love with the dress. The material is soft and rich I can’t wait to wear this soon.

The communication with their customer representatives were punctual, on time and making sure the outfit is perfect before shipping to you.

I will definitely order more outfits again.
