Be careful with pricing if you’re ordering from outside Spain.

The shop reuses a VAT-inclusive Spanish price as a net price for foreign customers, without clearly saying so.

The result is that non-Spanish EU customers pay significantly more than Spanish customers for the same item.

Me encantan todas sus tiendas y sus prendas. Soy una incondicional absoluta. Diseño y calidad excelentes.

Me han atendido súper bien y me he llevado una prenda de mucha calidad a un precio muy asequible!

I got a swimsuit and a beach towel/blanket/scarf (not sure how to call it). both labels allowed washing machine , 30 degrees. I washed them on 20 and without centrifuge . The beach towel was blue and white and the white parts became blue as well. The swimsuit was destroyed as it was a white one with flowers. Horrible quality !

The worst service I've ever had!
A time ago I ordered the coalin jumpsuit with a friend of mine. Because I wanted to hold it for a special occasion I still wore it a few times so far since I bought it and washed it carefully according to the instructions on the label (by hand in low temperature). I was very unhappy to see that the bottom was all frayed and can’t wear it anymore since the strings just won’t stop raffling.
We never got a reply to the email, after a few attempts through different channels this friend of mine got the reply on Instagram: they said 'it was on the label and there was a 30 day return period'. I checked the label again, which confirmed that I could hand wash it and that I had given a reason not to wear the jumpsuit for so long after purchase. They just kept denying and repeating this without looking for a solution.

A while back me and my friend ordered a clothing item from Mus&Bombon that had fringes at the bottom. First the delivery was wrong cause we only received one item instead of two. It was almost 200€ euros in total so this should not be taken lightly. After emailing myself, they luckily found another jumpsuit (it was almost sold out) and sent it.
I tried my jumpsuit, it fit, I liked it. After a few weeks I decided to wear the jumpsuit. I loved it but I needed to wash it. I read the instructions on the label where it said: handwash. So I put it on handwash cycle in my washing machine. The jumpsuit came out with the fringes completely unraveled. The item was ruined. My friend wore and washed it after me and also read the instructions on the label carefully. She washed her item by hand. It was still ruined…
Email Mus&Bombon didn’t get us an answer. So we contacted them on instagram. There we received no understanding whatsoever, only excuses and a lame answer about a 30-day return policy which is irrelevant because we wanted to keep the piece of clothing only not pay for something that is ruined after washing and wearing one time WITH the instructions on the label. Very unhappy with all of this. I never write reviews like this and always try to be understanding for businesses because it is tough but this is absolutely not done and I will never buy a piece from them again.

A mí gusta la ropa depende como se siente la cliente y que gustos tenga con su estilo de vestir

Trato excelente, detallista y ágil!! Sin duda se agradece cuando quieren ayudar. En mi caso, en un pedido para un regalo me ayudaron a escoger el producto y la talla indicando el estilo que le gustaba a mi mujer.

Lo recomiendo 100% la calidad y comodidad de sus tejidos es brutal. Repetire compra seguro ademas sus tiendas son son preciosas y el personal muy atento.

Recibí el pedido equivocado, sin embargo me puse en contacto a través del correo de atención al cliente y todo fue perfecto. Me respondió Anna Gomez, siempre muy amable y muy rápido. En solo unos días ya tenía mi pedido correcto.

Tengo varias prendas de Mus en mi armario y cada temporada me apetece tener más! Sus diseños, calidades y valores me tienen conquistada!

La ropa es ideal. No me podria encantar mas esta marca de ropa. Calidad impecable.

La recomiendo muchísimo! Compré un bañador online y en 2 días lo tenía en casa. La atención al cliente, la calidad y el diseño de las prendas es un 10. Además tienen algunas tiendas físicas, ideal para los que vivimos en Barcelona y alrrededores.
