I filled out the test and was asked to…

I filled out the test and was asked to pay for results. I paid the initial fee but never received the results or access to the account and was the charged a subscription fee days later I never agreed to or wanted. Very deceptive practices! I asked for a full refund but was told they would not provide.

I think it was quite accurate, though I would have liked a more detailed explanation (I have some autistic traits after all, and need detail).

I haven’t read anything yet and you’re forcing me to write a review. Give me chance. Also don’t appreciate that this costs money, yes not much and I was willing to pay. But come on dude.

Read it. Expected more since people actually went out their way to give it 5 stars. Definitely paid them to rate that high. I paid 2 quid to wait 15 minutes for them to give me the most basic information ever, given it was barely correct and not at all useful.

I don’t recommend this AT ALL. Utterly useless, scamming, pathetic website.

⭐ 1 star – Very disappointing experience

I completed a personality test and had to paid to receive my results, but received an error and never got them. I then had problems accessing my account.
After contacting their support, I was specifically reassured in writing that “your subscription has not renewed.” Despite this, I was subsequently charged for a subscription.

I have now managed to access my account and cancel it, and my bank has blocked any further payments.

Very disappointing, particularly after the reassurance I received from customer support.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone using this company.
