This is a scam company. Ordered the the package 8 weeks ago and did send them back the sample. No feedback and no results. Tried twice get my money back. This company is a scam warning!!!

Overall a good service with some intriguing outcomes and parts were very “me”! The health insights are some of the best I have seen from this type of testing. The customer service is also quick.

Good information on all the health insights! Emailed the team and had quick answers to a few issues.

Great overall experience, worthwhile contacting the team to get more in depth details on your specific genes and what that means to you.

Firstly I appreciate that genetics studies are mighty complex, nevertheless one of the epigenetic results that I received I questioned how I could improve this score. No feasible response was forthcoming and from I can gather much was based on an algorithm. Finally I requested a specific test result which ultimately would be a yes/no answer and after one month I am still waiting for a response.

What a great product, company & customer service. Had a meeting with the performance director about the product and what benefits the DNA profiling would offer me. Test arrived the next day, simple and easy to use. Results just arrived and I am very impressed with the level of detail they contain. Fantastic product! I was amazed at the results I received and how accurate it was. Gave me a great understanding of my bodies internal status and how I can improve on it. Everybody involved in the company have been kind and supportive.

I got two kits one for myself and one for my partner and it was good to see that the results differed between us both however there was some parts that were the same across both. We have started taking a B complex and things have certainly improved, I used the workout planner and I must say it was good for powerlifting but my partners plan was not great (home training). Certainly worthwhile for those into fitness.

I found my results so informative and would highly recommend this product to anyone! It has helped me to learn what my body needs and help me work towards my goals.

I have tried two DNA companies and this one was the best in terms of catering to my personal fitness needs however it had lower levels of “disease” stuff which was covered by the other company. The training overview explaining reps and rest was really helpful, the supplement section was also good. I recommend if you are into the training side to send the guys an email as they get back to you quickly and give you much more info. Recommended.

Don't waste your time or money! By the time you recieve what you pay for you'll be wondering why you bothered in the 1st place. After ordering in late
June 2020, many emails later and finally getting the kits we're still waiting for epigenetics results 6 months on.

The sampling process was simple and non-intimating. I found the report, analysis and insights to be highly correlated with what I've observed with regard to my body. This has provided a good place to see what is probably needing extra work, and what would be a waste of time.
