The device I ordered was the EMTT-PMST 4. the packaging and delivery were excellent. Assembly was straight forward.

Set up of the device was not as simple. Set-up instructions should be included in the packaging, as well as troubleshooting and common issues you may have. We ran into a few issues, that were resolved via multiple e-mail communication, however this is not efficient for immediate support if you are in a different region of the world from the manufacturer you'll have to navigate longer response times due to time zone differences. This was quite frustrating, but it did work out just fine.

The device itself is easy to operate. And build quality seems solid, only time will tell. We do wish this device came with a trolley. While I understand this is a cost saving measure, it is very difficult to source a trolley designed for something of this size and weight.

High quality shockwave machine. It took a few weeks to arrive but the packaging was carefully crafted and all parts were present and in working order. Worth the wait. I’m using it for cellulite and only on my third session. I’m excited to see results over time and will definitely be using this device with any future joint pains I may have. YouTube has many videos on the benefits of shockwave therapy.
