Quality camera is top notch
Quality of response to concerns about delivery from ups was immediate. phone is top notch ( Xiaomi 14 t ) . I take pictures with a pro canon eos r camera . And I really appreciated the ability of the xiaomi phone. It has very good quality images and a breese to work with also a very fast phone I'm very impressed. Well done Xiaomi. I only took away 1 star because of ups poor delivery service you have to log in every day to see status of delivery no notification sent to you. No number to ring (invalid number) only useless automated ai assistance .Driver left note at door unable to deliver even though 3 cars and 5 people were at house no effort at all.
Here in Ireland DPD are far superior notification when delivery is due. following day even fastway delivery driver rang door bell . His name and number is on the van if you use them and same as DPD covers regular area
And notification sent that day by text to you about delivery being sent between certain times.UPS was their Achilles heel. Read their reviews.

In my experience Xiaomi does many products very well but i am very disappointed with the quality of your phones, i have purchased many Xiaomi products but my phone cost €500 and it has been nothing but problems, constantly getting a black screen, shutting off , charger isn't connecting securely. I will honestly never buy a phone from ye again.
The x20 pro however is my 2nd robot vacuum from ye and i am very pleased.

I do not suggest this company
So, I purchased an expensive phone November 2024 from them.
Every thing fine until 5 months in the battery is suddenly dying twice daily.
I contact mstore for help, and they send me some dodgy looking link and tell me I need to book a repair with some third party fonefixing shop.
This is worriesome enough. I then try to get my phone picked up by some courier of which I am not told who?
They are supposed to collect my phone for repair today and didnt bother showing up.
I contact these phonefix people again and now they ask for all my details again and will collect it tomorrow.
I am stuck with a dying phone and having to rely on some third party company to take my phone away for God Knows how long.
Very unclear communication.
