Bought a malfunctioning phone from Mstore.ie website. Trying to refund the phone since January 2026, still struggling. The customer service does not engage properly via emails, facebook messenger to resolve the issue. As soon as i mention refund, they stop responding. I dont know how to proceed with them. Terrible experience.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!
I strongly recommend avoiding MStore—if I could give zero stars, I would.
I purchased a phone on 1st March for €299, and it arrived faulty. I returned it on 9th March as instructed after contacting customer support. From that point, communication completely stopped for nearly six weeks despite multiple follow-ups.
They had both my money and the returned phone, leaving me with nothing.
On 20th April—just before their Small Claims Court response deadline—they suddenly got in touch, claiming their email “wasn’t working” and offering to send a replacement. By then, I had lost all trust and requested a full refund instead.
It ultimately took over 9 weeks to resolve, and only after I initiated a Small Claims Court case and refused to back down. They have now finally issued a refund, but the entire process was unnecessarily stressful and avoidable.
I was left without a phone for an extended period and had to pursue legal action just to recover my money.
Absolutely shocking customer service from start to finish—avoid at all costs.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with MStore.
I purchased a mobile phone on 1st March 2026 for €299, which arrived on 3rd March. Unfortunately, the phone was faulty out of the box—the SIM card tray would not open.
I contacted customer support on 4 March and, after multiple follow-ups, was asked to provide video evidence, which I did. On 9 March, I was told the phone would be collected and a replacement would be issued once it was received.
I returned the phone as instructed. However, since then, I have received no replacement, no refund, and no meaningful response despite repeated attempts to follow up.
I have now paid €299 and have nothing to show for it. Due to the lack of communication and resolution, I’ve had to escalate the matter through the Small Claims Court.
Very frustrating experience—would not recommend.

Good store! Poor status update and poor coms!
My experience with mStore.ie was very good! The only crib I have is with their updating process!
Every time I logged in to check the status I was met with "your purchase is being processed" I emailed a few days later to see why the status remained at "being processed" ( I am still waiting for a reply). it was delivered quickly, but I would have liked to have been updated when the item was shipped.
