Long time Xiaomi user, I have multiple devices I bought from techpunt over the years before mstore.ie was even around.
Bought my daughter a Redmi Note 14 for the same price as Harvey Norman, but mstore where offering extra storage, good deal, or so I thought.
Delivery was rapid, no issues there, but right out of the box the location was not reporting correctly, this was absolutely crucial for me, with a vulnerable 12 year old starting secondary school, we needed this to work well to keep an eye on her coming and goings from school etc.
I contacted mstore assuming there was something wrong with the hardware, as the location was bouncing around a 50KM radius randomly. In the meantime I set her up with my old Xiaomi 13 pro, which was working perfectly.
Ok, no big deal, these things happen.
Mstore told me to book it into fonfix for repair under their 2 year warranty, booked it in and fonfix immediately said they would not look at it as it was out of warranty, bizarre as it was 1 month old.
After some back and forth, mstore booked a courier to collect the device from me, not ideal but ok, and no clarity on the warranty issue.
They had it a week before I had to hound them for an update, they said the device was tested and is fine, I said I'm not happy with that result, they offered additional "in depth" testing, waited another week and had to start hounding them again. Eventually, after 17 days, I was sent the phone back with a minimal explanation, and no repairs, as they said there was no issues.
Even though I had screenshots of the system tests I had carried out before returning the device, and evidence of the device reporting the location as 30 KMs away when it was in my hand.
When I contacted them again about not being happy with this, I was ignored, Iconsidered taking a small claims complaint, but decided for a €190 Device it was not worth my time or hassle, so I just won't buy from mstore or a Xiaomi product again. I'm not one for complaining, but this bothered me, and still doesn't sit well with me.
I think Xiaomi make good devices but forget about it if you have any trouble with it, and I certainly wouldn't buy one from mstore.ie

Absolutely terrible experience over the last few months which are Xiaomi Ireland/ mstore.ie I got a redmi note 13pro from Xiaomi Ireland website. it was a display model. But it gave me trouble from day 1 with battery connection and disconnecting itself. Phone turning itself off . Anyway after about 2 emails as that's the only contact and 2 weeks later I got a reply as to where to contact to get phone fixed m ( a family member was very sick so I needed a phone. But you have to send them your phone without a replacement. So you have no phone for days. They sent me back a different 13 note pro a model up the 5G refurbished phone .. as the other had so many issues I presume .. I taught great that's 👍 . But the next day I started have issues freezing. Some strange battery connection and draining of battery for no reason. So of course I was a little annoyed and emailed Xiaomi Ireland again. And again saying I wasn't happy with my family members still unwell that this isn't good going to be without my phone again. He or she as they don't put name to there emails. PS again it took at least a week to get a reply back from them. That they would as a courtesy because of the fact I needed to be contactable 24/7 and the hassle I had with those 2 phones to put a note in with my phone to fofix the company the use says Xiaomi Ireland have put a note on my account to send me a brand new phone unopened. And that they ware putting in on my file for fofix to see.. but I understand Xiaomi never contacted fofix so Luke emailed me say he looked and there is nothing on my account so he can't give a new one and my old one is in the post. Ok he did so upgrade and phone passed test. But still having screen freezing. And phone turning off for no reason. But also unfortunately the reason I needed to in contact 24/7 has passed .. R.I.P
But as I continue to email and wait 2/3 weeks for replys I believe if a big company tells you they are giving you a new phone they should honor what they said...

Most annoying thing is the very long delay with replies I emailed last week asking to speak to a supervisor/manager as it is going on so long.. going by the last few months if I do get a reply it will be in 2 weeks after I send another email or two.

Don't buy Xiaomi phones. And that's from someone that has used them for 10 years.

It was quick and effortless, I knew what I wanted, they the only ones selling the item and in 2 days it was delivered.

I bought the Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4. It’s a very good product and the price is fair. The shop service was great and the order arrived very fast. I really recommend it!

Ordered the 15 Pro T and Pad 7 on Thursday, they were delivered lunchtime Friday.
Both were so easy to setup and use. The new charger which was supplied with the phone is super fast.
Certainly going to order more for Christmas and also looking forward to the 17 Pro Max
