Great purchasing experience
The item arrived on time with good communication about dispatch and delivery. I was happy with the price of the gloves ordered and know they are good quality items because we have purchased them before. I was happy to see the use of excellent biodegradable material used for packing. As I do a lot of online shopping, this is important to me.

Quick processing and ordering
Quick processing and ordering, good value for money (for quality products).
Delivery hung about in a local depo for one of the large delivery companies before being dropped at my pick up point, but that wasn't the responsibility of Mstore.
Tracking was great though, and it left warehouse same day as the order was placed.
