Terrible company and customer services. Avoid at all costs!!!
Product description was fundamentally incorrect. Glasses were bifocal not full lens as described. I sent an email, asking for a full refund and that they arrange collection (since they were clearly at fault with their description) this was ignored. I tried calling numerous times, each time put on hold for about 20 seconds and then cut off. I sent another email and this time I did get a reply! They said that if I've changed my mind and would like to return the product I would need to return by post and keep proof of payment of postage and put in a claim for reimbursement. Even though they did admit their mistake and said they had altered the description. Of course for the sake of £12 I'm not going to go through this rigmarole, surely they should be doing the legwork to atone for their error. So, I've lost £12, the glasses are of no use to me.

Item just as described, great. Delivery charge for merely a couple of pairs of lightweight gloves and how long they took to arrive, not so great.

I had problems ordering from my phone…
I had problems ordering from my phone due to my card details once entered were jumbled up ! My wife finally managed to telephone and the guy was not over helpful, she explained our problem and he said we need to contact the IT department. Normally I would have gone somewhere else after a comment like that I wanted to proceed as I would like to place orders in the future.

Many thanks for the 3 star review. I can see your order was placed with us on the 15/01 and was shipped on the 16/01 via DPD. You contacted us via email on 20/01 advising the tracking had not been updated to which one of our customer service team contacted the courier straight away to resolve. Unfortunately, delays with the courier are out of our control. All we can do is apologise on their behalf.
